NCIS actress Katrina Law has restraining order against ex-husband extended until December… as her mystery boyfriend is revealed

Katrina Law, known for her role on NCIS, has successfully extended a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband. Court filings also show that her current partner is now involved in the ongoing and complicated divorce proceedings.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen some truly bizarre things, but this takes the cake. My client, Law, recently filed for a restraining order because her ex, Keith Andreen, allegedly used AI to create fake messages pretending to be her. Apparently, he sent these to people she knows – even a new partner she’d mentioned in court documents as ‘J.’ It’s a really unsettling situation and highlights how technology can be misused in personal relationships.

The Daily Mail has learned that the temporary restraining order obtained by the actress on December 24th has been extended twice. Most recently, after a hearing on February 24th, it was renewed to last until December 16, 2026.

The scheduled hearing in February, where witnesses were expected to share their accounts, has been delayed. As revealed in a witness list filed earlier this month by Andreen, the name of Law’s new partner was also disclosed.

Law has been training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu with Jean Jacques Machado for several months, and he’s been identified as her possible romantic partner.

I’ve been following this case closely, and according to the court documents, Andreen – the person being accused – has acknowledged that Mr. Machado is the Petitioner’s boyfriend. She states he’ll be a witness, speaking to everything in the request for a restraining order and all the claims of abuse she’s accused of.

Besides the 58-year-old Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast being on the list of witnesses, Andreen also included a representative from Family Visitation Services.

The witness list submitted by Law included seven people who could testify about the alleged hacking and electronic surveillance attempts involving Andreen. These witnesses included a certified digital forensics expert and a licensed private investigator who examined Andreen’s Audi and found a tracking device installed in the vehicle.

It’s unclear exactly when they first met, but professional fighter Roger Machado shared a photo with Law on March 25, 2025, at their martial arts school, The Academy Beverly Hills. He captioned the photo, ‘Welcome to Our Jiu-Jitsu Family.’

In her request for a domestic violence restraining order, the actress also mentioned that she had a month-long relationship with another man, referred to as “J.,” around May 2025, which she expressed regret over.

She stated that their relationship was over, and it was at that moment she understood her marriage to Andreen had changed – it wasn’t the close, caring connection it once was.

It’s not known exactly when they got back together, but Law claims Andreen became extremely upset about his relationship with another man and started to constantly bother him.

In my experience dealing with sensitive situations, I’ve seen how legal battles can add stress to already difficult circumstances. In this case, ‘J.’ actually initiated a lawsuit against Andreen, as Law detailed in her request for a domestic violence restraining order. It’s a key piece of the puzzle when understanding the dynamics at play.

According to the Daily Mail, a lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles by Machado against Andreen. The complaint, filed in September 2025, accuses Andreen of defamation – including slander and libel – and causing intentional and negligent emotional distress. Andreen hasn’t yet filed a response to the lawsuit, and the case remains active.

Jean Jacques is part of the famous Machado family – including Roger, Rigan, Carlos, and John – all highly respected Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experts credited with helping to establish the sport in the United States.

In 2024, Mike Tyson encountered a legend, and back in 2012, UFC commentator Joe Rogan shared that he’d earned his black belt from the highly respected Jean Jacques Machado.

Law and Machado began dating, and shortly after, in August 2025, Law filed for divorce from Andreen, stating they had differences that couldn’t be resolved.

I was so sad to hear about their split! They were married for twelve wonderful years. It’s hard to believe it’s over, especially since their wedding in Costa Rica back in January 2013 was such a beautiful beach ceremony. She ultimately decided to end the marriage, and it’s been tough news for all of us who followed their journey.

The couple had a daughter together, Kinley. On December 24th, a court gave Law temporary full custody of their seven-year-old daughter.

A few days later, after Andreen’s lawyer asked for a change, Law agreed to let Kinley’s father have supervised visits twice a week.

He’s now asking to see his children four days a week, but she claims in legal documents that he has a history of abuse and is ignoring the temporary restraining order and the court’s instructions.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m deeply troubled by the allegations detailed in recent court filings. It appears the situation leading to the domestic violence restraining order involves not only abuse directed towards Ms. Andreen, but also concerning behavior towards their child, Kinley. These claims, made in January, paint a very disturbing picture, and prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone involved is absolutely crucial.

The request for a temporary restraining order included several reports of troubling behavior. One specific incident, said to have happened between Andreen and their daughter in October 2019, was also detailed.

Andreen argued that Law misrepresented the situation, taking it out of context to portray her negatively.

Andreen emphasized that throughout their 19-year relationship, Katrina never accused him of abuse. He added that since filing for divorce in August 2025, they’ve continued to live together and share equal custody of their child, Kinley, without problems.

Completely unexpectedly, I was served with a temporary restraining order on Christmas Eve at 9:30 p.m. This order immediately removed my daughter from my care and forced me to leave our home. I believe this was a planned move as part of her divorce strategy – she’s consistently expressed her desire to keep sole ownership of the house and limit my involvement in our daughter’s life.

He stated he hadn’t talked to his daughter in over two weeks, claiming she stopped all contact. However, court records reveal supervised visits with his daughter started on January 14th.

According to court documents, Law has accused Andreen of both being a poor parent and of financial misconduct. Andreen’s legal team intends to challenge these claims, stating they lack substantial proof.

A temporary restraining order was issued in December after Law accused Keith of stalking. She also presented evidence that Keith immediately withdrew $200,000 from their shared bank account when he learned she planned to file for divorce, and then refused to return the money or explain how it was spent.

When Law first filed for divorce, she asked the court to waive any spousal support for either her or her husband, and suggested they each pay their own lawyer. However, Andreen later requested that Law pay him spousal support and cover his legal costs.

According to court documents, Law stated she has been the only one financially supporting their family since her husband lost his job in 2020. She claims he’s only earned around $20,000 in the past six years through occasional, smaller jobs.

Katrina Law has been playing Special Agent Jessica Knight on the popular crime drama NCIS: REACT since 2021. Before that, she was a main cast member on The CW’s Arrow for six years, from 2014 to 2020.

The divorce case attracted public attention when court documents revealed allegations that one former partner used artificial intelligence to create fake voice messages. These messages, reportedly made to sound like the other partner, were allegedly sent to damage their reputation.

Okay, so here’s the thing – I’m completely losing it over this! She basically said she never sent those voice messages. Can you believe it? She thinks Keith is behind it all, using some crazy AI to make it sound like her, saying awful stuff to totally destroy her name! It’s like a nightmare, honestly. She’s convinced he’s creating fake recordings of her voice to ruin everything. I knew something was off! It has to be him, right? It just has to be.

Because she’s well-known on TV, she said Andreen had a lot of video of her speaking, and he could use that to train an AI to copy her voice.

As Law explained, many AI tools now let you recreate someone’s voice and then type in a script for the AI to deliver in that voice.

She also claimed her soon-to-be ex-husband had talked about suicide, which worried her. This was especially true because he reportedly had a shotgun in the bedroom.

She also stated that Andreen had started receiving ketamine treatments for reasons she didn’t know, and that these treatments had caused him to become very unstable, increasing his threatening and obsessive actions.

A temporary restraining order requires Andreen to stay 100 yards away from the person it protects, no matter where they are – at home, work, in a car, or at their daughter’s school.

The judge prohibited Andreen from tracking his wife’s movements, whether in person or using a device. He’s also not permitted to withdraw money from the joint bank account he shares with his wife for their daughter’s benefit.

Andreen spoke exclusively about Law’s divorce filing with the Daily Mail in October.

My daughter is the most important person in my life. She’s six and a half years old, and her mother, Katrina, and I were together for nineteen years.

He seemed upset at the thought of his daughter eventually growing up and seeing things he’d said online.

The Daily Mail has contacted the lawyers for both Law and Andreen, as well as Jean-Jacques Machado and his legal representative, for a statement.
