With Zootopia 2 becoming a huge hit in theaters, many people have been asking when they’ll be able to watch it on Disney+. Good news – the wait is almost over!

The movie follows Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde as they chase after Gary De’Snake, working to prove their innocence after someone sets them up.

Good news for fans! You can now watch Zootopia 2 on Disney+ starting March 11th. Disney+ subscriptions begin at £5.99 a month, with a premium option available for £14.99.

Since its release in theaters in November, the movie has earned over $1.85 billion globally, making it the second-highest-grossing animated film ever – only behind the Chinese film Ne Zha 2.

Despite trailing its main competitor by around $400 million, this Disney movie is the highest-grossing animated film ever made, and ranks ninth among all films – animated or live-action – in worldwide box office revenue.

The film was both a commercial and critical success. Currently, 91% of critics on Rotten Tomatoes have given it a positive review, based on 224 reviews.

The animated film received the Best Animated Feature award at last month’s BAFTAs, and it’s now hoping to win the same award at the Academy Awards later this month.

Even though the second movie was a hit, it wasn’t released until almost ten years after the first one. However, both Ryan Goodwin and Jason Bateman have hinted that a third movie might come out much sooner.

Goodwin estimated the potential continuation wouldn’t be too lengthy, while expressing some uncertainty about how much further into the future the story could realistically go. Bateman jokingly added that as long as their voices didn’t significantly change with age, they’d be happy to continue.

Zootropolis 2 streams on Disney+ from 11 March.

The latest issue of Living Legends, a vibrant 100-page tribute to Taylor Swift, is now available! You can purchase it at newsstands or online for only £8.99.
