Michelle Keegan and her husband, Mark Wright, had a tough workout together on Monday, with Mark ditching his shirt for the session.
The 38-year-old actress and her husband, a 39-year-old former reality star, exercised with Mark’s sister, Natalya, who shared photos and videos of their workout on Instagram.
The video offered a peek inside the couple’s impressive £3.5 million Essex home, which they built a few years ago. Viewers could see their large pool, extensive grounds, and beautiful countryside surroundings.
Michelle and Natalya were doing burpees together after the group had taken a photo, in which Mark flexed his muscles.
Natalya wrote ‘Monday team let’s gooo’ in the photo’s caption, and then tagged the two people in the picture along with their trainer.
For the workout Michelle looked sporty in a simple white T-shirt and tight black leggings.
This follows a video Michelle posted on Wednesday showing her intense workout, where she visibly reacted to pain during the routine.
The actress filmed a workout session with her trainer, Danny-Lee Finch, at her home gym in Essex. He guided her through dumbbell hammer curls.
The actress, known for her role on Brassic, focused on her breathing while working out her biceps, pushing through the discomfort.
Michelle shared a video and explained that her trainer, @viphq_essex, didn’t let her skip her workout. She added that this was the last set of four exercises she did, and her arms were completely exhausted.
The actress from Coronation Street was wearing a white tank top, black leggings, and tan sneakers.
Michelle is getting ready to star in the movie version of a new book by Reese Witherspoon and Harlan Coben, and it looks like filming might be starting soon.
Michelle recently posted on Instagram that she had arrived in California and was on her way to lunch.
I’m always inspired by how people balance travel with family! I recently learned about a woman who just took another trip, following a beautiful winter escape to the Middle East with her husband, Mark, and their adorable 10-month-old daughter, Palma. It’s wonderful to see families prioritizing experiences together.
Harlan and Reese have teamed up to write the new crime thriller Gone Before Goodbye.
Because Michelle previously collaborated with Harlan on the adaptation of Fool Me Once, Reese is supposedly interested in having her work on another project with him.
The story centers around a strong-willed woman caught in a complex plot she unknowingly helped start and now struggles to make sense of.
Maggie is on a dangerous quest to uncover a hidden conspiracy among the world’s most powerful people, and the search is taking a terrible toll on her life.
The Daily Mail contacted Michelle and Reese’s representatives for comment.
Michelle recently posted a heartwarming photo with Reese and her son, Harlan, revealing her admiration for the actress.
She wrote: ‘When two brilliant people work together, you get ‘Gone Before Goodbye’! (And I can tell you, Reese Witherspoon truly lives up to the hype – she’s amazing!).
Reese then replied: ‘So wonderful to meet you .. finally!’
Michelle played the role of Maya Stern in the Netflix series Fool Me Once, which was based on a novel by Harlan Coben and also featured Joanna Lumley. The show quickly became a global hit, reaching the top of Netflix’s most-watched lists.
Harlan has often praised Michelle’s talent and has expressed interest in collaborating with her again in the future.
After her character died in Fool Me Once, Harlan Coben was so upset he desperately tried to come up with any possible storyline – even an unlikely one – that would bring her back for a second season.
Someone familiar with Michelle’s situation shared with the Daily Mail that she and Harlan became close while filming ‘Fool Me Once,’ and he is very impressed with her.
‘He believes Michelle is a big part of the show’s stratospheric success.
Harlan recently confessed at the National Television Awards that he deeply regretted killing off her character and would do anything to revive her for a sequel. He expressed genuine remorse for the decision.
After her hit show Fool Me Once in 2024, Michelle Yeoh was linked to potential projects in Hollywood, and she admitted she’d be open to moving there if she found the right opportunity.
