Pixar’s new movie, Hoppers, is already getting rave reviews and has a nearly perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes before it even hits theaters this week. Directed by Daniel Chong and written by Jesse Andrews, the animated film features a talented cast and tells the story of Mabel Tanaka (voiced by Piper Curda), a 19-year-old who loves animals. In a strange turn of events, her mind is transferred into a robotic beaver that can actually talk to them!

Mabel wants to understand animals better so she can protect their homes, and hilarious misunderstandings happen when they mistake her for one of their own – a beaver!

Curda is part of a voice cast that includes Bobby Moynihan as King George, a beaver who is a monarch, Jon Hamm as the sneaky Mayor Gerry Generazzo, Dave Franco as Titus, the king of the insects, Kathy Najimy as Dr. Samantha ‘Sam’ Fairfax – Mabel’s biology professor and the creator of the special ‘hopping’ technology – and Aparna Nancherla as Nisha.
