What to Read Next
War Machine
Alan Ritchson, known for his role in Reacher, leads this new sci-fi film. It’s set during the toughest part of US Army Ranger training, where a team’s exercise quickly becomes a desperate battle against a mysterious and powerful enemy.

Patrick Hughes, who directed and co-wrote The Hitman’s Bodyguard, helms War Machine. The film stars Dennis Quaid (known from The Substance), Stephan James (The Piano Lesson), Jai Courtney (The Suicide Squad), and Esai Morales (Titans).
Alan Ritchson has hinted that the upcoming film will be Netflix’s biggest movie yet, describing it as an incredibly impressive and ambitious project. He confidently stated it’s the best thing Netflix has ever produced, and encourages fans to keep an eye out for more updates.
Streaming on Netflix from 6 March.

I Swear
The 2025 film, a biographical story, was a big winner at the BAFTAs last weekend, taking home three awards. A surprising highlight was Robert Aramayo winning Best Actor, and now the movie is coming to Netflix this month, meaning even more people will be able to see it.
“I Swear” is the story of John Davidson, an advocate for people with Tourette syndrome. The film follows his life with the condition, which causes involuntary tics – sudden sounds or movements – and his efforts to raise awareness and understanding.
The movie received a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and was praised as “astonishing” by The Times. It stars Maxine Peake (known for Say Nothing), Shirley Henderson (from Bridget Jones), and Peter Mullan (of The Rings of Power).
Streaming on Netflix from 10 March.

Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere
Louis Theroux’s latest documentary explores the manosphere – a growing online world focused on extreme masculinity and its often controversial figures. He’s promising an unfiltered and in-depth look at this network, with unusually open access.
In addition to profiling key figures and defining common language within the movement, Inside the Manosphere will also explore why these ideas are attractive to some, and how the women connected to those who hold them view these beliefs.
Theroux made the documentary before Netflix released Adolescence last year, which covered similar ground – a boy accused of murdering a classmate. The filmmaker noted the subject matter felt like something the boy in Adolescence might have seen (according to Deadline).
Streaming on Netflix from 11 March.

Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man
The highly anticipated Peaky Blinders movie, The Immortal Man, is coming soon! It picks up the story during World War II, with Tommy Shelby returning to Birmingham after a period of being in hiding.
Returning favorites like Stephen Graham and Sophie Rundle will be joined by exciting new cast members, including Rebecca Ferguson from Dune, Tim Roth of Pulp Fiction, and Barry Keoghan known for Saltburn.
The film’s creator, Steven Knight, describes it as “fantastic,” and audiences can expect a lot from it when it becomes available on Netflix later this month, following a brief run in theaters.
Streaming on Netflix from 20 March.

Pretty Lethal
This fast-paced thriller follows a ballet company traveling to an important competition. When their bus breaks down, they’re forced to seek shelter at an isolated inn, which is run by a former ballet star (Uma Thurman) who has withdrawn from the world.
From the start, there’s a sense of unease, and unfortunately, their initial fears are confirmed as things quickly become dangerous. The team, which is already struggling with internal conflict, must overcome their differences and use their extensive, harsh training – even incorporating skills like ballet – to fight for survival, according to the story’s description.
The new Prime Video film features Lana Condor, known from To All the Boys, Millicent Simmonds from A Quiet Place, Iris Apatow of The Bubble, and Maddie Ziegler, who appeared in My Old Ass.
Streaming on Prime Video from 25 March.
I’m so excited – the latest issue of Living Legends magazine, a gorgeous 100-page, full-color tribute to Taylor Swift, is finally out! You can grab a copy in newsagents or order it online for only £8.99. I’m definitely getting one!
