You can now watch Tom Hardy’s critically acclaimed 2013 film, Locke, for free on the streaming service TUBI in the UK. Written and directed by Steven Knight, who also created Peaky Blinders, the movie features Hardy as Ivan Locke, the only character we see, as he drives to London while taking 36 phone calls from people he knows.
Throughout the two-hour drive from Birmingham to London, Ivan receives voice messages and conversations from Ruth Wilson, Olivia Colman, Andrew Scott, Ben Daniels, and Tom Holland.
Ivan hits the road when he discovers a woman he had a brief encounter with has gone into labor early with their child.

Vulture described the experience as an incredibly intense tour, saying a 90-minute ride with Tom Hardy is unforgettable.
According to Slate, Knight and Hardy create such a compelling atmosphere that the car becomes the only place the audience wants to be throughout the entire scene.
Idris Elba and Tom Hardy have continued to work together on Peaky Blinders, and also on the historical drama Taboo. There was good news earlier this year about a second season of Taboo, which fans have been waiting for.
