Bella Hadid debuted a fresh new hairstyle while at the Miss Sixty fashion show during Milan Fashion Week on Friday.
The 29-year-old model showed off a new full fringe and wore a matching denim outfit while posing for pictures.
Bella teamed a zip front denim jacket with a pair of matching vintage-style flared jeans.
She wore a white, high-necked shirt as a base and completed her outfit with red strappy heels and sunglasses.
Milan Fashion Week is back this week and continues through March 2nd, with leading luxury brands presenting their Fall/Winter 2026-2027 collections.
Bella is a regular on the Milan fashion show circuit, but she’s been taking a break recently while recovering from Lyme disease.
Bella has been living with a long-term neurological condition for 14 years and has been receiving treatment. She recently shared that it’s meant she’s had to decline all work opportunities for nearly a year.
The model said she struggled to maintain a work-life balance and has since learnt to say no.
The model, speaking to Vogue Italia on Tuesday, explained that her work habits weren’t healthy long-term. She admitted that she kept working even during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Having a life outside of work – being with my horses and dog here in Texas – makes my job feel much more rewarding when I return.
I’ve learned something really important lately: it’s okay to prioritize who I work with. I now confidently say ‘no’ to projects if I don’t genuinely love, trust, support, and respect the people involved. It’s about protecting my energy and focusing on collaborations that truly feel right.
I learned that it’s okay to say ‘no.’ Even while undergoing Lyme disease treatment last year, I had to decline all work opportunities for almost a year, and it was really difficult – I often cried about it, but it taught me a valuable lesson.
‘I was emotional because you feel disposable.’
On September 18th, Yolanda Hadid shared a post on Instagram praising her daughter, calling her a ‘badass warrior’ while she was in the hospital.
I’m so incredibly impressed by their strength and determination! Even with everything changing and so many obstacles thrown their way, they never give up on advocating for what’s right when it comes to health. It’s truly inspiring to watch.
As a longtime supporter, I truly believe there are no words adequate enough to express the sheer darkness, pain, and unimaginable hardship you’ve faced since receiving your diagnosis. It’s just… beyond description.
You weren’t truly living, but learning to cope within the limits of your own mind. I’m incredibly proud of your strength and resilience. Remember, you’re not on this journey alone, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way, for as long as it takes.
Yolanda continued, sharing her encouragement: ‘You’ve made it through another month of treatment, and I truly believe in miracles – they happen all the time. I’m praying for you to get better quickly, my love.’
This illness has been incredibly difficult, but we’ve always found the strength to keep going. We’ll keep working towards brighter times, and we’ll face it all together. Remember, you’re strong and resilient, and I love you deeply.
Yolanda, like her siblings Bella and Anwar, got sick with a tickborne illness in 2012. However, she eventually stopped talking about her experience publicly because she didn’t want to be affected by what others thought of it.
Eight years after sharing her health journey in the book Believe Me, Yolanda remains dedicated to discovering a treatment that everyone can afford. She detailed seeing 106 doctors and trying various therapies, including stem cell transplants, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and colon hydrotherapy.
In 2023, she happily announced that she was feeling healthy again, expressing how proud she was of her perseverance.
