Fans of the popular BBC series Industry have both good and bad news as the fourth season comes to a close. The show has been renewed for a fifth season, but unfortunately, that will be the final season.
The show has been a huge hit, earning a 96% approval rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes. The current season concludes next Monday, March 2nd in the UK, but fans can rejoice – it’s been renewed for one final batch of episodes before concluding its run.
According to Deadline, the show’s creators, Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, have been considering the best way to conclude the series with a memorable finale.

We’re ending things now, unlike some of the characters in our show. We want to thank our evangelical viewers, particularly those who have been with us since the beginning.
The show is available on HBO in the United States, and the latest season, season four, has seen a significant increase in viewers – about 30% more than watched season three.

This show explores the work and personal experiences of individuals in the UK’s financial world, featuring actors Myha’la, Marisa Abela, and Ken Leung.
This season, Yasmin (Myha’la) is exploring a relationship with tech entrepreneur Sir Henry Muck (Kit Harington), and Harper (Abela) finds herself involved with Whitney Halberstram (Max Minghella).
News of the show’s final season sparked a strong reaction from fans on Instagram, with one commenter expressing their distress by asking, “How will I cope when the show is over?”

One viewer expressed a desire for the show to continue indefinitely, while another wondered how future seasons could possibly surpass the quality of season four.
Abela shared the news on her Instagram, posting photos with the caption: “INDUSTRY HIVE……. INDUSTRY FIVE !!!!!!!!!! THE FINAL SEASON. Let’s go!”
The TV show Industry first aired in 2020. Last year, Myha’la Herrold (credited as Abela) won a BAFTA TV Award for Best Leading Actress for her role in it, and the show also received the Drama Series award from the Royal Television Society.
The final episode of Industry will air on BBC One on Monday, March 2nd at 10:40pm for viewers in England, and at 11:10pm in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
The latest issue of Living Legends, a vibrant 100-page tribute to Taylor Swift, is now available! You can purchase it at newsstands or online for only £8.99.
