Hulk Gets Terrifying New Form Ahead of MCU Return

The Incredible Hulk has taken many different forms throughout its history. Sometimes he’s been depicted with grey skin instead of the familiar green, and occasionally he’s kept Bruce Banner’s brilliant mind. Some versions have even been wilder than the original. A particularly powerful version of the Hulk appeared in Hulk Smash Everything #3, and it could be his strongest form yet.

In Hulk Smash Everything #3, written by Ryan North and illustrated by Vincenzo Carratù, the Hulk unexpectedly falls into a black hole – Sagittarius A*, the supermassive one at the center of our galaxy. The villain, the Leader, sent him there, hoping to eliminate his long-time enemy once and for all.

Even the strongest gravity can’t actually destroy the Hulk, though it does cause him pain, and that makes him incredibly angry. This anger fuels his power, creating a cycle where he gets angrier, stronger, and bigger. Over an immense amount of time, he becomes powerful enough to break free from a singularity. But that’s just the beginning of what the Hulk can do now that he’s reached such a massive size.

New Hulk is strong enough to fight Galactus alone

In a nearly empty universe, a massive new life form appears, catching the attention of Galactus. A huge battle begins, but even Galactus’s immense power isn’t enough to defeat the incredibly powerful Hulk. Every attempt Galactus makes to fight, blast, or destroy Bruce Banner’s transformed self only fuels the Hulk’s rage. Galactus is struggling to survive, and it looks like he’s about to be defeated.

Fortunately, Franklin Richards, with his reality-warping powers, managed to send Hulk back to his own time – a stroke of bad luck for The Leader. Richards immediately returned The Leader to the moment he’d been sent away, leaving him face-to-face with an even angrier, hundreds-of-feet-tall Hulk.

Hulk Smash Everything #3 is now available at comic shops everywhere.
