Monty Lopez, Addison Rae’s father, has agreed to take a paternity test to confirm if he is the father of her younger brother, Lucas.

Okay, so I’ve been following this closely, and TMZ just dropped some news! Apparently, the judge in Louisiana officially signed off on it – Ben Affleck is finally going to take a paternity test! The legal documents say it has to happen within the next few days, and honestly, I’ve been waiting for this forever. It’s happening, you guys, it’s really happening!

Sheri Easterling, the mother of the 25-year-old TikTok star, will cover the cost of the test, as long as the results are satisfactory.

Last year, Easterling asked a court to grant her full custody of her 12-year-old son, Lucas, from Lopez, who is also the father of her 18-year-old son, Enzo.

According to court documents, Easterling—who used to date rapper Yung Gravy, age 29—has requested that any visits between Jennifer Lopez and her son Lucas be supervised.

Daily Mail has reached out to Easterling and Lopez via Instagram for further comment on this story. 

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony first married in 2004 and divorced in 2017. They later reunited and remarried in 2018, but ultimately divorced again in 2022.

In a court filing, Easterling stated that Lopez repeatedly verbally abused her throughout their marriage, using insults like ‘stupid fing b’ and ‘worthless trash’.

Easterling also claimed in legal docs that Lopez had slapped Rae in 2008, when she was a minor.

Lopez has had extended issues with alcoholism and multiple DUI arrests, Easterling told the court.

Easterling pointed to Lopez’s arrest last year for a serious indecency offense as evidence that he makes poor decisions.

Following an incident on August 31, 2024, Lopez was arrested in Louisiana on July 27, 2025, according to authorities.

According to officials, Lopez indecently exposed himself in public, specifically displaying his genitals with the intent to cause sexual arousal or offense.

I’ve been following this case closely, and it seems Lopez is denying any wrongdoing. He’s scheduled to be back in court on March 19th, and I’ll definitely be there to see what happens.

Real estate agent Lopez married Kaitlyn Nicole Robins in a Las Vegas ceremony on October 25th, after a very quick, two-week courtship.

Lopez shared with TMZ that he believes in love at first sight, and says he experienced it when he met his wife at a bar in Louisiana.

Lopez, who also has a daughter, Macye Neumeyer, from a previous relationship, shared, ‘I kept it to myself, but I followed what felt right, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m in love with her!’

Rae’s career is still gaining momentum, highlighted by her recent performance of “Fame Is A Gun” at the Grammys.

The musician from Lafayette, Louisiana was nominated for a Grammy for Best New Artist, but Olivia Dean won the award.
