Johnny Depp & Margot Robbie Team-up for Pirates 6 Gets Exciting Report

Recent news has reignited talk about a sixth Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Reports suggest that Johnny Depp might reprise his role, and Margot Robbie could also join the cast. Although Disney hasn’t officially announced anything, fans are excited about the possibility of a new film.

Pirates of the Caribbean 6 gets major rumor on Johnny Depp and Margot Robbie

There’s new talk about what the next Pirates of the Caribbean movie will be like. Recent reports suggest both Johnny Depp and Margot Robbie might appear in the sixth film. This comes from a discussion by Skyler Shuler of The DisInsider, who’s been following the rumors.

Shuler addressed the rumors about the potential plot of the new movie, specifically the idea that it would focus on Jack Sparrow’s son and a character played by Margot Robbie. He explained that producer Jerry Bruckheimer had called that rumor partially true. Shuler then pointed out that the website which first reported the story is usually reliable and doesn’t typically publish unsubstantiated information.

Shuler suggests the studio could introduce new characters to keep the franchise going in future movies. He believes Disney’s current plan is for the next film to star Johnny Depp and Margot Robbie, with the intention of continuing the series with Robbie’s character and potentially the son of Jack Sparrow in later installments.

This comes after a report by industry source Jeff Sneider suggested the new Pirates of the Caribbean film might center on a new female character and Jack Sparrow’s son. The report also mentioned that screenwriter Krysty Wilson-Cairns, who has received an Oscar nomination, was being considered to write the script.

At present, no official announcement has been made about the cast or storyline of a sixth film.
