Model stepmum! Madeline Holtznagel and Justin Hemmes enjoy a blended family night out with his two young daughters at Tropfest in Sydney

Justin Hemmes and his partner Madeline Holtznagel are settling into life as a blended family. 

I was so excited to see them! The famous couple were at Tropfest’s opening night on Sunday, and they brought along the billionaire pub owner’s two older kids. It was a really lovely family outing, and everyone looked amazing.

He was joined by his daughters, Alexa, age nine, and Saachi, age seven, whom he shares with his former partner, Kate Fowler.

Madeline, age 29, left her and her husband’s baby son, Jaeger, who was born in June of last year, at home.

The model stunned in a summery, white slip dress with a red floral print throughout. 

I love how she styled her dress! It was a really flattering, flowy piece, and she elevated the whole look with classic accessories. She chose a beautiful quilted Chanel bag – the gold hardware added such a sophisticated touch – and finished it off with some timeless Hermès sandals. It’s all about those little details, isn’t it?

Madeline swept her blonde hair back from her face and chose a simple makeup style, finishing with a dark pink lipstick.

She completed her outfit with gold hoop earrings and matching gold jewelry – a necklace and bracelet.

Justin looked sharp in a vintage-style shirt featuring a soft, pastel palm print, paired with cream-colored pants and white sneakers.

In June 2025, Madeline shared the happy news of her first child’s birth on Instagram, posting adorable photos with the well-known figure in the hospitality industry.

‘Jaeger Justin Hemmes. 1.06.25,’ she captioned the post.

Madeline previously revealed in an interview with Stellar magazine that she and Justin are expecting a baby, and expressed her excitement about starting a ‘new chapter’ with him.

‘I always thought I was going to have a boy. I knew I was going to be a boy mum,’ she said.

‘Justin has two beautiful little girls, so having a boy, it’s like a whole new journey together.

‘[The baby] is going to be his little best mate.’

She said she previously kept details of her pregnancy private, but was ready to share her journey.

She generally keeps her personal life private and doesn’t share much on social media, so she hadn’t planned to announce her pregnancy online.

‘I haven’t posted about it and it’s been nice to have some quiet time off Instagram.

Since I’m often photographed as a public figure, I’m happy to finally share some positive pictures now that I’m further along in my pregnancy.

A friend of Justin’s recently left his large home in Vaucluse so Justin and his family would have more space.

The billionaire, worth $1.39 billion, started dating Madeline in 2019. She was 22 at the time, and he was 47, following his breakup with Fowler in 2018.

Madeline is the sister of model Simone Holtznagel, who had a daughter named Gia in March 2024 with her former partner, Jono Castano.
