Jennifer Garner looks elegant in a leggy boucle mini skirt at photocall for series two of The Last Thing He Told Me in London

Jennifer Garner looked chic and showed off her legs in her outfit at the London premiere event for the second season of her show, The Last Thing He Told Me, on Saturday.

The 53-year-old actress wore a short, cream-colored boucle skirt with a coordinating jacket that fastened in the front.

She finished her look with classic stiletto heels and styled her hair in loose waves.

Jennifer looked stunning while posing for photos at Claridge’s Hotel, celebrating the newest release of the thriller.

I’m so excited about the new season! I’m playing Hannah again, and this time the story really dives into the mystery of her husband, Owen, who suddenly vanishes. It’s all based on the incredible novel by Laura Dave, which was a #1 New York Times bestseller, so you know it’s going to be a gripping journey as Hannah tries to find him.

The second season kicks things up a notch when Owen unexpectedly returns after five years of hiding. This forces Hannah and her stepdaughter, Bailey, to try and bring their family back together, all while fearing that past secrets will be revealed.

Jennifer recently said that her children think she is ‘fully cringe.’

The actress and her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, have three children: Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 13. However, her kids reportedly think she’s embarrassing.

When Jennifer Hudson was asked how she tries to impress her kids, she jokingly said she deliberately tries to be as embarrassing as possible – she embraces being ‘totally cringe’ just to get a reaction.

You know, as a mom and someone who’s always curious about what people are watching, I recently chatted with my kids about whether they’re planning to tune into the second season of my Apple TV+ show, ‘The Last Thing He Told Me.’ It’s always fun to see if they’re interested in what I’m working on!

The response was not welcoming.

She mentioned asking her children if they planned to watch the new season of the show, and they responded with a playful question, essentially asking if she wanted them to.

Honestly, kids don’t want to see their parents being… well, parents. They don’t want to see us upset or having a romantic moment – it’s just awkward for them. We’re just embarrassing figures in their eyes.

Garner acknowledged appearing on Hudson’s show gave her a boost in popularity, as she’s now working with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, known for his role as Jamie Lannister in Game of Thrones.

That’s because Garner admitted her son Samuel is ‘really into Game of Thrones right now.’

No word on how the children feel about their father Affleck or former stepmother Jennifer Lopez.

Last month, Garner praised her children, calling them ‘so cool,’ but also explained that her approach to parenting has evolved as they’ve grown into teenagers and adults.

She explained to Marie Claire UK that modern parenting has changed—it’s now about holding back what you want to say, essentially biting your tongue.

‘You have to let them grow up and make their choices. You don’t get to control it.’

Garner shared how proud she is of how her children navigate life and how much effort they put into everything they do.

But the Alias star admitted it is ‘the hardest thing’ navigating the spotlight being on her family.

She acknowledged it wasn’t a major hardship compared to the struggles many face, but it was still difficult for her and her family to deal with.
