I’m really focused on understanding myself better, so I’ve been in therapy a lot recently. It’s helped me feel prepared and excited to start my thirties.
Honestly, what I’m craving right now is a good balance. A little downtime to recharge is definitely on the list, but I’m not one to sit still for long! I’m really eager to dive into a lot of work and stay productive, so it’s about finding that sweet spot between rest and getting things done.
I’m excited to simply enjoy time with my children – things like going to the park or visiting museums. I’m really settling into a peaceful period in my life.
Even though Sophie had already starred in several projects, she felt she still needed to reach a higher level in her career.
Honestly, after having my kids, I just had to get back to work – it was like a part of me was missing. And then, well, things got really complicated and, unfortunately, super expensive with the divorce. It was a really tough time, but I knew I needed to push through for my kids and my career.
I finally feel like I’m regaining control and can choose projects that truly interest me. It’s a really good feeling.
She certainly did. After her divorce, Sophie focused on her career and began acting in shows like The Dreadful, Trust, and Steal.
She’s currently filming the new Tomb Raider series in Surrey, and recent sightings show she’s been shooting some exciting and action-packed scenes.
Sophie shared that taking on the role of Lara Croft felt both exciting and a little intimidating. She expressed immense excitement about playing the character.

The Daily Mail reported that the actress recently went on a date with the singer, who is 48 years old, following her breakup with Peregrine ‘Perry’ Pearson after almost two years of dating.

While at a restaurant, Joe showed his phone to the actress and said, ‘Someone wants to wish you a happy birthday.’
Holding her hands to her face in shock, Sophie squealed: ‘It’s Chris Martin!’
Chris Martin from Coldplay sent a message wishing everyone a wonderful day, sending his love and hoping they’re all having a great time. He also playfully mentioned his bandmates were even more handsome than him.
The singer signed off the video, ‘Thanks for being awesome, bye,’ and blew a kiss to the camera.
Sophie was clearly emotional, fighting back tears as she said, “I’m not going to cry on camera.” She quickly covered her face with her hands and returned Joe’s phone to him.
Joe and Sophie seemed cheerful together, with Joe chuckling at Sophie’s response before they celebrated with a high-five.
The actress and her ex-husband, Joe, got married in 2019. They officially divorced in September 2024, just over a year after he initiated the separation.
Sophie and Perry were first seen together in 2023, and before rumors of a breakup started, they were last publicly spotted at the Glastonbury Festival in June.
Reports surfaced that Sophie joined Raya, a private dating app popular with celebrities, hoping to find a partner, and her profile was allegedly seen on the app in August.
But by mid-September, it became clear they were back together, as they were seen getting close in a number of photos at a London event.
Peregrine is the oldest son of Michael Pearson, the 4th Viscount Cowdray. His father, a former film producer, owns a large part of the Pearson media company, meaning Peregrine is likely to inherit it.
In August, it was reported that she posted nine photos to her Raya profile, featuring vacation pictures and a photo of her dancing in a hotel room.
The Sun reports that the actress shared her hobbies on the app, including music, pasta, movies, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the sunshine.
The Daily Mail contacted Sophie’s representative for comment at the time.
