Emily Atack recently gave fans a peek into her new house, calling it her ‘dream home.’ She and her family moved there from North London to the countryside on Friday.
The 36-year-old actress shared news of her new beginning on Instagram, along with her fiancé Alistair Garner, one-year-old son Barney, and their dog, Penny, a King Charles Spaniel.
Emily has moved from the city to a more traditional home, the one where she welcomed her son. She relied on her favorite moving company to help with the transition.
Their new house had beautiful features like tall ceilings with decorative molding, hardwood floors, large windows, and exposed brick.
The dining room had yellow wood paneling, and Emily mentioned she was considering some wildly patterned wallpaper.
After the long move, the actress and Alistair celebrated with champagne. Their dog relaxed in a basket, enjoying the view of the countryside from under the window.
She wrote that every couple of years, movers come and help her relocate her large collection of home goods. She’s moved several times, from a small apartment in Camden to a place in North London where she had her baby.
So, the major update is that Al, Barney, Penny, and I have finally moved out of London and into our dream home in the countryside. And, being me, I’ve become surprisingly attached to the moving company – and I’m sticking to that story!
