Braith Anasta flaunts his ripped physique as he shares secret behind incredible six-week weight loss transformation

Braith Anasta has shared his weight loss secrets following a drastic body transformation.

The former NRL star, now 44, credits his impressive physique to a strict workout routine and a diet focused on protein with limited carbohydrates.

He shared a photo on Friday showing off his fit body, but admitted he’d gained a little weight during the holidays.

Braith shared with Daily Mail that he exercises three or four times a week doing cardio, and also lifts weights twice a week.

The host of Foxtel NRL 360 also mentioned he’s been eating healthier by avoiding junk food, and he now runs 5 to 10 kilometers two times a week.

Braith shared before-and-after photos on Instagram, revealing his new haircut was the result of six weeks of growth.

Braith shared in a sponsored post for Calmerceuticals that he felt out of shape and unmotivated after relaxing too much over the Christmas holidays.

He posted a shirtless photo from January 8th, explaining he’d given himself a clear goal to lose weight and track his progress.

He explained that he starts his day with a 4:30 am workout, lasting two hours. Despite working three jobs and being a father to two young daughters, he chooses not to make excuses.

Honestly, most of the time I was completely exhausted, but that’s the best part, you know? It’s so rewarding to push yourself and get through it. I’m just really proud of everything I did – the effort, managing everything, and giving up things to make it all happen. It was worth it.

After six weeks of intense workouts, Braith said he’d reached his fitness goals and posted a new photo showing his progress.

Braith showed off his fit physique, posing shirtless in board shorts and a cap. His muscular chest and pecs were clearly defined.

He ended his post with an encouraging message for his followers: ‘It’s never too late to start something new, and there’s always time to make a change.’ He also added, ‘What you do next is more important than any past errors.’

Braith told the Daily Mail that starting each day with Calmercueticals has made a huge difference for him.

This collagen supplement, sourced from the sea, is designed to boost skin hydration and firmness. It also helps minimize the appearance of wrinkles.

It comes after Braith’s girlfriend publicly declared her deep love for the footy great last month.

Braith, a former star player for the Bulldogs and Roosters, is now in a relationship with Sydney publicist Sara Bray.

Sara and Braith rekindled their relationship last year, almost 20 years after they first dated.

I love a good relationship highlight reel, and Sara just shared the sweetest one for Braith’s birthday! She posted a recent photo of them alongside a throwback from when they first started dating – such a lovely way to show how far they’ve come and celebrate their journey together.

She wrote: ‘Celebrating you… the most amazing partner, lover, father, friend and soooo much more.’

Sara first broke the news that she and Braith had rekindled their romance back in September.
