Jackie ‘O’ Henderson on the verge of tears as Kyle Sandilands slams her live on-air during huge blow up: ‘You don’t give a s***!’

Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson had a heated argument on air Friday, with Sandilands sharply criticizing his longtime colleague.

After twenty years of working together on the radio, Kyle and Jackie had a major argument when Kyle criticized Jackie’s strong interest in astrology.

Okay, so I was chatting with my friend Jackie, and you will NOT believe this. We were talking about Prince Andrew – honestly, I’m always thinking about the latest with him – and then Jackie, completely out of the blue, just started reciting his entire birth chart! Like, all the planets and signs and everything. It was amazing, and a little unsettling, but mostly amazing. I was completely captivated!

Kyle strongly criticized his co-star, saying her interest in astrology was negatively impacting her performance.

Kyle acknowledged it was interesting, but worried it was overshadowing the rest of the show and the ongoing research being done.

I was totally shocked when Kyle said that! I mean, Jackie was right there and immediately explained she’d literally just Googled it on her phone. It was so unfair, like he was questioning her whole research process! I was instantly on Jackie’s side, of course.

This did not placate Kyle however, with the shock jock continuing to chastise Jackie. 

You’re so caught up in this, it’s making it hard to get anything done. You’re completely distracted and losing touch with reality – it’s really concerning.

Jackie asked Kyle for a specific instance of her being unfocused. He told her, “Just listen to the recording, you’ll notice it yourself.”

‘Be aware about what’s really going on.’

Jackie was clearly surprised and upset by Kyle using the shock spray, and she told him she found his comment offensive.

“I’m Kyle, and I’m really offended by that,” she said, but Kyle didn’t respond.

‘Well. too bad if you are because that’s the reality of what we’re dealing with here,’ he spat. 

‘It’s affecting everything else. You’re too fixated on it.’ 

When Jackie asked for clarification, Kyle responded by saying she seemed lost and unaware of what was happening throughout the entire conversation.

And it really didn’t stop with just the public stuff. I heard Kyle actually said Jackie’s fixation on this whole situation was starting to impact her job, and that people at KIIS FM had even brought it up to him as a concern. It was getting serious, and affecting everything!

He told me that I wasn’t completing all of my work, and that several people in the building had brought it to his attention.

He finished his thought, stating, “I’m not getting involved, that’s a management…” before Jackie interrupted.

‘Well, let management talk to me then,’ she said. ‘I welcome it.’

Jackie then became audibly emotional, fighting back tears as she continued to defend herself.    

‘I would never say things like that about you,’ she said. 

That’s a completely unacceptable way to speak to someone. Telling them they don’t understand the situation or aren’t performing their duties is aggressive, and I would never respond that way.

Oh my gosh, he said it again! Even when everyone else was getting all worked up, Kyle just… stayed calm. He actually said ‘It’s not an attack, it’s an actual fact, babe, I’m sorry.’ Like, the ‘babe’ just… it gets me every time! He’s so logical, even when he’s being totally sweet. It’s perfect, honestly.

Jackie continued to defend herself, but Kyle was in no way moved.

She stated she was performing her job well, but Kyle disagreed, saying her recent performance hadn’t been up to par.

Jackie was clearly upset by this, and told her co-star she was willing to leave the show if he wasn’t satisfied with her work.

‘Isn’t that a bit extreme?” Kyle asked. 

I didn’t question your ability, but I told you that you seem distracted, lack focus, and don’t seem to care much.
