Love at first sight? Intruder bride and groom are thrilled with their match in first look at their wedding

It could be love at first sight for two of MAFS’s newest stars.

As a lifestyle expert, I have to say Joel Moses and Juliette Chae looked absolutely radiant at their stunning harbourside wedding last year! The photos are beautiful, and you can just feel the joy between them – they’re clearly a perfect match.

Joel, 31, smiled brightly as his beautiful bride walked towards him. She looked stunning in a white wedding dress, complete with a long train and heels.

I’ll never forget the moment I saw Juliette walk down the aisle. She was absolutely radiant! At 27, she looked like a dream in a long, traditional veil, and the crimson orchids she carried were stunning. But the biggest thing was her smile – it lit up the whole room when she finally looked at her groom. He’s a good-looking guy, too, and you could just feel the love between them!

As the ceremony concluded, the couple shared a passionate kiss, with the receptionist from Melbourne quickly pulling her husband close.

For his wedding, Joel wore a timeless tuxedo with a bow tie, vest, and a floral pocket square.

The couple appeared relaxed and happy while taking their wedding photos with the beautiful Sydney Harbour in the background.

Juliette couldn’t stop touching her new husband, gently kissing and caressing his arm whenever she had a moment.

At one point, Joel clowned around for the cameras, pulling a face as he picked up his bride.

Gia and Scott, along with Stella and Filip, both couples from Married at First Sight, were at the unexpected wedding and seemed very happy together.

Bec and Danny joined Mel and Luke, but Mel and Luke still seemed a little awkward around each other, even though they’d worked on their connection during Intimacy Week.

Meanwhile, Joel and Juliette are bound to shake up the experiment with their strong connection.   

Joel is a drummer and performer who has built a successful on-screen career through a personal transformation over the last five years.

Joel describes himself as being out of shape and working as an Uber driver before deciding to get healthy and regain his self-esteem following a difficult breakup.

Managed by KHOO Management, he’s known for being naturally charming and loving attention. People close to him say he commands the room and makes sure everyone notices him as soon as he enters.

But it’s his softer side that has left cast members stunned.

Joel is very close to his mother and remains incredibly reliant on her, even enjoying having her scratch his back. He held onto childhood comforts for a long time, once considering his teddy bear a spouse.

‘He’s out of control and completely unpredictable,’ one friend laughed.

‘Which seems to be the perfect mix for MAFS these days.’

Joel’s romantic interest, Juliette, has a diverse background with roots in Lebanon, Malta, and Egypt. She spent her childhood in Singapore before moving to Victoria.

Single for four years, Juliette had hoped she’d be settled by now.

She’s been hurt before, like the time she confessed her feelings to someone on only the second date and he disappeared the very next day.

With many of her friends getting married or engaged, she confessed she sometimes gets too attached and can be possessive in relationships.

She’s hoping this experiment will lead to personal growth and help her find a lasting relationship with someone who sees a future with her.

‘She’s classy, clever and connected to her roots,’ a production source said.

However, she has a lively personality too. When Joel starts being overly dramatic, things are sure to get exciting.

Another couple joining the experiment is Tyson Gordon, a 30-year-old property investor from the Gold Coast. He buys, renovates, and sells houses, and isn’t shy about causing a stir in the process.

The ex-soldier is teamed up with Stephanie Marshall, a 32-year-old real estate agent from Queensland. Stephanie is highly motivated, loves having a set schedule, and is always working on bettering herself.

The latest people joining the group are Sammy Stanton, a 34-year-old fitness studio owner from Adelaide, and Chris Robinson, a 38-year-old farmer and gym owner from New South Wales. They are also the season’s newest couple.
