Danniella Westbrook shared a new selfie revealing her face after having bandages removed following reconstructive surgery last week.

Oh my gosh, I just have to tell you what I saw! It’s her, you know, the one from EastEnders! She’s in Dubai, relaxing by the pool, but… she had a bruised nose! Like, seriously bruised and a little bloody! I was absolutely shocked, but honestly, even with that, she still looked amazing. I just can’t stop thinking about it!

Danniella has undergone several surgeries to repair damage to her face caused by past cocaine use and osteoporosis, which had led to a collapsing facial structure.

The celebrity had cosmetic surgery last week at Gargash Hospital, including a facelift, neck lift, brow lift, and reconstructive surgery on their lips and nose.

Danniella looked happy with her recovery, posing for photos in a blue bikini that highlighted her breast augmentation.

The surgery is a big deal for Danniella who has struggled for years with a collapsed septum.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following Danniella’s journey, and she’s once again turned to Dr. Parviz Sadigh – a surgeon she’s worked with before – for the latest in a series of facial reconstruction procedures. He’s the one she trusts to help rebuild her face.

Last month, Danniella publicly thanked her surgeon, Dr. Parviz Sadigh, on Instagram for his dedication and hard work. She shared that she feels like she’s improving daily and expressed excitement for a follow-up procedure in February.

Danniella Westbrook was originally scheduled to film her new movie, Tales From The Trap, but was replaced due to health problems. These issues stemmed from long-term complications related to a previous collapse of her nasal septum.

Sources told the Daily Mail that the actress, who hasn’t appeared in a movie or television program since 2016, needed to see a doctor because she was having trouble breathing.

Danniella was originally cast in ‘Tales From The Trap’ alongside ‘Love Island’ star Liv Hawkins to play a tough, gun-selling grandmother. However, she has since been replaced by Kim Tiddy, known for her role in ‘Slow Horses’.

Someone close to Danniella revealed in December that she was hospitalized on Friday with trouble breathing, forcing her to cancel her appearance in the show ‘Tales From The Trap’.

She was scheduled to return to acting in a film playing a tough grandmother who sells AK-47s to criminals. It’s a shame, because many people were excited to see her in that role.

Looking back on my early career, things moved fast. I landed a role on EastEnders when I was just sixteen, which was incredible! Unfortunately, I made some really poor choices and struggled with cocaine use. It got to the point where the show’s producers had no choice but to let me go, and my character was written out in ’96. It was a tough lesson, but one I’ve definitely learned from.

Danniella has previously discussed the start of her struggles with addiction, explaining that she began using drugs while going to clubs. She felt it seemed glamorous at the time, but now realizes it wasn’t. She admits she was young, naive, and easily influenced.

Someone on EastEnders should warn new, young characters about the challenges they’ll face. It’s important they hear, “Your life is about to change, and you might be exposed to things like parties and drugs.”

Someone who can explain who’s involved, what information is circulating, and how easily years of effort can be lost.

She estimated she has spent around £250k on the drug.  

Danniella recently announced she was undergoing extensive facial reconstructive surgery, describing the procedure as ‘very long’.

The actress has had multiple surgeries to repair damage to her face caused by past cocaine use and osteoporosis, which had led to its features becoming sunken.

In 2023, she revealed she was unhappy with her facial reconstruction. She’d spent seven years searching for a surgeon who could perform the procedure, as her septum presented a complex challenge.

Danniella was last seen on television in 2016 when she competed on Celebrity Big Brother, ultimately winning the show.
