Olivia Attwood says she’s had to ‘slap herself in the face and grit her teeth’ to get through her busy work days after split from husband Bradley Dack

Olivia Attwood admits she’s been pushing herself incredibly hard at work to cope after her breakup with Bradley Dack, sometimes needing to mentally and physically force herself to keep going.

The 34-year-old presenter has been sharing details of her life since announcing her divorce from the footballer last month, following a two-year marriage.

I’m so excited! Olivia just flew all the way to Turkey to film the newest season of her show, ‘The Price Of Perfection’ on ITV2. She was kind enough to do a quick Q&A with fans while she had a break from filming, and I couldn’t wait to hear what she had to say!

Asked how she was doing in the wake of the split, Olivia said: ‘I’m OK.’

Olivia responded to a fan who complimented her for continuing to work despite recent challenges.

She explained that she’s been working incredibly hard for a long time and refuses to let that negatively impact her career. She admitted it’s taken a lot of self-discipline and perseverance, even if it’s been tough going.

Olivia recently shared with her fans that this was her first Valentine’s Day alone in about ten years, since she was fourteen.

Olivia wished her fans a Happy Valentine’s Day, telling them she loves them. She jokingly mentioned this was her first Valentine’s Day single since she was fourteen, so she decided to treat herself to some shopping.

She’s been open about her breakup and shared that keeping herself occupied has been essential for her well-being.

Olivia shared a heartfelt video online that expressed the feeling of needing to stay occupied in order to feel alright.

Since the news of her breakup with Bradley became public, she’s reportedly been dedicating all of her energy to her work.

I’m a huge fan of Olivia! It’s amazing to see how much she’s juggling – she’s still doing her fantastic ‘Olivia’s House’ podcast and co-hosting on KISS FM with Pete Wicks. Plus, she’s been busy filming another series of her ‘Getting Filthy Rich’ documentary, and now she’s teamed up with Garnier! It’s so exciting to see all her hard work paying off and I can’t wait to see what she does next.

Despite recent troubles in her marriage, she appeared cheerful Thursday night when she was announced as the new spokesperson for the skincare brand at a party held at The Newman Hotel. She was seen leaving with Pete and friends early Friday morning.

Just a week before, the actress, who had recently ended a relationship, shared that she was staying busy by exercising frequently and working on several film projects to take her mind off things.

She playfully hinted at her upcoming ITV show, ‘The Heat,’ on Instagram, writing: ‘Remember when I said work was busy? Well, here’s why! New TV is coming, and you definitely won’t want to miss it.’

Olivia publicly acknowledged her breakup with Bradley in a heartfelt message. She admitted feeling lost about what to share online, joking that she’s not comfortable being vulnerable, especially on social media, which she described as a risky and exposing environment. She hinted she’ll address the situation more fully at a later time.

For a long time now, I’ve been going through a cycle of crying myself to sleep, only to wake up at 5 am and pretend everything is fine. It’s been a long, difficult pattern.

She went on, explaining that the rapid changes were really bothering her – she’s not a fan of things changing quickly. She hadn’t anticipated ending up living in the apartment by herself, and she admitted she was feeling overwhelmed and out of her comfort zone.

I’m focusing on finding happiness, for myself and for Brad, taking things one day at a time. And if anyone else out there needs to hear it, that’s okay too.

‘Normal programming and chatting will resume asap. Ps thank you, I feel your love immensely.’
