Married At First Sight’s villain bride Brook Crompton issues grovelling apology after her dinner party antics left viewers disgusted: ‘I am extremely embarrassed’

Brook Crompton, from Married At First Sight, has publicly apologized for her behavior on Wednesday’s episode, which many viewers found upsetting.

The bride, who has been labeled the villain, posted on Instagram on Wednesday, admitting she acted poorly and expressing sincere regret for her behavior.

As someone who keeps a close eye on pop culture, I have to say, the latest episodes of Married At First Sight were really tough to watch. It was honestly difficult viewing, especially the most recent one!

I acted terribly last night, and I’m so sorry that Alissa and Stella had to experience that side of me.

She went on to say that she wanted to sincerely apologize to Alissa and Stella for what she said and the pain it caused. She admitted her behavior was terrible and didn’t reflect the kindness and respect they deserved, and she hoped they could eventually forgive her. She expressed her genuine remorse.

The 27-year-old continued, saying they were truly sorry to the other couples on the show and to anyone in the audience who had to see what they did.

Brook seemed to admit her actions could be considered ‘bullying,’ something many viewers had already accused her of following the episode that caused controversy.

She stated that bullying is unacceptable and expressed deep regret for her own actions.

I’ve had time to think about my behavior on ‘This Dinner Party,’ which was filmed last August. I realize now that what I did doesn’t represent my true self, and I hope people will eventually understand that.

I understand that trust is earned through consistent effort and demonstrated change, not just promises, and I’m committed to continuing that effort to improve.

She finished by saying she was excited to start a new chapter filled with kindness and hoped others would choose to do the same.

Viewers of Married At First Sight were upset by Brook and Gia Fleur’s dramatic behavior at Wednesday’s dinner party.

While Brook clashed with co-stars Stella Mickunaite and Alissa Fay, Gia had a go at Bec Zacharia.

The argument became quite harsh, and viewers accused Gia and Brook of being bullies, demanding they be removed from the reality show.

One user on X commented that Brook seems to have coasted through life relying on her looks, and hasn’t needed to build strong values as a result.

Someone else commented that Brook’s actions were terrible, suggesting she might be behaving this way because she’s rekindled a relationship with her ex and doesn’t have good character.

Someone else commented, asking people who followed Brook on social media before tonight to unfollow them. They urged others not to support Brook or their actions.

I enjoy Married at First Sight, but I’m really turned off by the constant bullying – it’s awful and embarrassing to watch Gia, Bec, and Brook act like that.

After this mess, several women should be removed from the experiment! It’s shocking! Specifically, Brook, Gia, and Bec – and their partners – need to go.

During the show, Brook became angry and hurtful, making fun of Alissa until she cried and cruelly comparing Stella to a stripper.
