Amy Childs stripped down to her bikini on social media after vowing to get a stronger physique.

The 35-year-old TV star, who recently shared that stress led to some unwanted weight loss, is now enjoying a sunny vacation with her family. The location of their getaway hasn’t been revealed.

On Wednesday, Amy shared a mirror selfie on Instagram Stories, showing off a zebra-print bikini with bright pink lace details.

‘The state of the room. Why does this always happen on holiday,’ she penned on top of the snap.

I was so excited to see Amy’s latest picture! Just a week ago, she shared a sweet photo with her adorable daughter, Polly, who’s eight. They were both wearing a really cute, frilly two-piece outfit – it was a lovely moment!

Amy was accompanied by her fiancé, Billy Delbosq, and their two-year-old twins, Billy and Millie. Her seven-year-old son, Ritchie, from a previous relationship, was also there.

She shared a video of their airport walk, writing that they were excited to go on vacation and create memories with their children, as the weather back home was really getting her down.

‘A well needed break then full on when we are back getting everything wedding ready.’

Amy expressed her gratitude to IT Luggage for providing excellent suitcases, saying no one does it better. She clarified that this wasn’t a sponsored advertisement.

The TOWIE star recently shared that dealing with stress caused her to lose some weight, even though she was already trying to get in shape.

Amy sparked concern last year and has since vowed to gain some muscle ahead of her wedding.

She’s busy getting ready to marry her fiancé, Billy, in a big wedding planned for later this year.

Amy shared that she used to be unhappy with her weight and felt overweight. Now, she’s working with a nutrition coach and hopes to gain weight in a healthy way.

The reality TV star shared a before-and-after photo on Instagram, writing, ‘I’m nervous to post this, but here’s a look at my progress so far.’

‘So I have to be honest with you allI was overweight and unhappy and wanted to achieve…’

Amy explained that she decided to lose weight, but the process was stressful and she ended up losing more weight than she intended. Now, she’s excited to begin the next phase of her journey with the help of @jon_jkphysique!

She explained she’s working on building muscle, gaining weight in a healthy way, and getting more toned, and will share progress pictures on her story.

I’ll be real, this is proving more challenging than I expected, but thankfully Jon has been amazing. He’s so supportive and understanding, and honestly, he’s a nutrition expert. We’re definitely still learning and growing together, but we’re making progress!

I’m really impressed with his results – whether you’re trying to lose weight, get healthier, or learn more about nutrition, I feel confident I’m getting great guidance from jon_jkphysique.

‘Also, did I say I’m getting married this year.’

The mother of four had shared before that improper training and a significant weight loss of two stone resulted in muscle loss.

Amy has been going through a difficult period since her brother, Billy, was seriously injured in a car accident last month.

Oh my gosh, I was so worried when I heard about it! She said it was like someone was watching over her brother because his car was completely totaled in the crash – absolutely wrecked! It’s just terrifying to think about, but thankfully he’s okay, and she’s so relieved. I’m just obsessed with keeping up with everything that happens to them!

Amy shared that she’s been having a tough time lately, losing weight from stress. She’s been worried about her mother’s recent heart attack while also caring for her four children: eight-year-old Polly, seven-year-old Ritchie, and two-year-old twins Billy and Millie.

In a heartfelt interview with OK! Magazine, she explained that she’s lost weight due to a very difficult time in her life, and has been subjected to harsh criticism as a result.

I’m constantly worried about my mum. She gets very upset and often believes she’s having a heart attack.

People have noticed I haven’t been eating much, but that’s not true – I am eating. Actually, I feel healthier when I weigh a little more. I’m just really stressed with everything happening right now, and it’s affecting my weight.
