Cruz Beckham shares behind-the-scenes look at his new music video as Victoria’s parents make a surprise cameo that sees grandad Tony land a role

Okay, so I just saw this and wanted to share – Cruz Beckham recently gave us a peek at what goes into making a song, and it was a bit shocking! He was showing the process while sporting bandages on his pinky finger – apparently, he had a little accident while filming and, wow, chopped it off! It just goes to show, even creative pursuits can come with unexpected mishaps. He seems to be handling it well though, and is still focused on his music.

Twenty-year-old musician Cruz Beckham posted a new video on his YouTube channel on Wednesday. It shows him and his band, Cruz Beckham And The Breakers, performing their song “For Your Love” as they prepare for their first tour.

Cruz and his band were filming a music video with the help of a crew, likely in November of last year.

People spotted the film crew shooting scenes at Tony’s Traditional Pie and Mash in Essex. A signed jersey belonging to David Beckham, Cruz’s father, was visible on the wall during filming.

The person filming with Cruz, who also narrated, announced, ‘Okay, this is the famous Tony’s Pie and Mash shop, and we’re starting to film the music video for ‘For Your Love’ here.’

‘So the day before his music video, he decided to cut off the end of his pinky.’

I couldn’t believe it when Cruz pulled out his phone! He had footage of the accident, the one from last year! It was a little blurry, thankfully, but still… seeing anything from that day just sends shivers down my spine. He just had to share it, and honestly, I was glued to the screen, even though I probably shouldn’t have been.

The video shoot turned into a family project with Victoria Beckham’s father, affectionately known as ‘Grandpa Tony,’ pitching in to help.

I was so excited to hear that Tony, at 77, would be kicking off the music video by introducing Cruz and the Breakers! It’s a really important part, and I can’t think of anyone better to do it.

His wife, Jackie, playfully shared that she’d been in charge of his look and was the one who picked out Tony’s brightly striped suit jacket.

Appearing in shot, Jackie jokingly said: ‘We work so cheap, you wouldn’t believe it!’

Tony proudly watched his grandson and band perform, happily tapping his foot along to the music while filming them.

Cruz announced the end of filming with, ‘That’s a wrap on ‘For Your Love’! It’s been a great experience, and now we’re moving on to the next project.’

He shared that he was in a lot of pain, thanked his viewers for their support, and promised more content would be coming soon.

Cruz recently turned 21 and celebrated with family and close friends. However, his older brother, Brooklyn, 26, who they aren’t close to, didn’t attend the celebration.

I recently celebrated a milestone birthday at The Maine in Mayfair, and it was quite the event! We threw a party called the Grande Beatle Ball, because The Beatles have always been my biggest inspiration – it was a fantastic way to honor that and ring in another year.

Guests danced and sang along enthusiastically late into the night as a live Beatles tribute band performed.

David Beckham and his wife, Victoria, posed for a cute black and white photo with Romeo’s girlfriend, Jackie, who is ten years older than him. Victoria playfully flashed a peace sign during the picture.

The birthday boy also enjoyed a cocktail as he posed with his sister Harper, 14. 

Later in the evening, Victoria, Harper, and Jackie moved him to tears with a touching speech they delivered together on stage.

Cruz appeared visibly emotional and cried while watching the women in his life—including his mother—speak, standing next to his father, David. This display of emotion followed his demonstrated support for his mother after a family disagreement involving his older brother.

It wasn’t surprising to hear Brooklyn wasn’t there, as he’s been focused on starting a new life in the US, independent of his family.

This weekend, Brooklyn publicly reaffirmed his unwavering support for Nicola, essentially stating he’ll always have her back – a move that many see as another pointed message to his family amidst their ongoing disagreements. On Sunday, the influencer posted a loving photo on Instagram of himself kissing his wife, Nicola, and shared a sweet message for her.
