Married At First Sight’s Brook Crompton reveals when her baby is REALLY due – after speculation she was already pregnant during filming

Brook Crompton has revealed how far along she is into her pregnancy. 

Fans were surprised to learn the Married At First Sight contestant has reconciled with her former partner and is expecting a baby, just months after appearing on the show last year.

The 27-year-old revealed on the Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki podcast that she’s expecting a baby in July, putting her around five months pregnant.

Filming wrapped up in October, and Brook became pregnant with her fiancé, Harry, shortly after.

Brook says she finished filming her scenes in July and got back together with Harry then.

She explained that she and her ex split up on good terms. It wasn’t a messy or dramatic breakup, and there was no infidelity involved.

Honestly, it felt like terrible luck! He was completely swamped with work at the time. I was just finishing up with the show – like, literally two weeks after I wrapped – and then he hits me with this… he asks if I want to go to the Maldives with his family friends for a surf trip! I almost couldn’t believe it. It was so out of the blue, but… the Maldives! With him! I was completely floored.

‘And I was like, “F***ing oath I want to go to the Maldives…” 

‘One thing led to another, and it rekindled, and we got back together, and yeah, Bob’s your uncle.’

Brook says that the pregnancy was a surprise, but the pair have embraced it.  

We weren’t expecting to get pregnant so soon, but it just happened naturally. As she put it, ‘It’s simple math!’

Brook added, ‘I am due in July’.

Queensland native was matched with Chris Nield on the reality show, but their relationship ended after only a few weeks.

Rumors circulated that Brook was pregnant while the show was being filmed, but the dates don’t support that possibility.

Luke Fourniotis, a groom on Married At First Sight, previously suggested that Brook may have been pregnant during the filming of the show.

Luke claims he didn’t know Brook was pregnant, but now realizes there were hints she might have been while they were filming.

Luke said he wants to believe she didn’t mean it, but he’s unsure, while speaking on 2Day Breakfast with Nathan Roye & Emma Chow.

It hasn’t been long since we finished filming. We wrapped up Married at First Sight in October, I think,” he said, also commenting on how noticeably pregnant Brook is.

Luke added that Brook frequently slipped away from the set, complaining of feeling unwell. 

He guessed she might have been feeling sick, perhaps morning sickness, but quickly clarified he was just kidding.

The Daily Mail revealed surprising photos and video of Brook and Harry kissing and cuddling while decorating a Christmas tree in October. This came just weeks after Brook’s recent split from her husband, Chris, which happened behind the scenes of their show.

She was also spotted in Brisbane looking visibly pregnant.
