Bikini-clad Jessica Alba, 44, packs on the PDA with toyboy Danny Ramirez, 33, during a romantic beach date in Miami after finalising her divorce from ex Cash Warren

Jessica Alba and her younger boyfriend, Danny Ramirez, showed off their affection during a romantic beach date on Monday. Alba was wearing a bikini.

Just days after finalizing her divorce from Cash Warren, 47, the 44-year-old actress enjoyed some sunshine in Miami with Danny, 33.

Ever since they were spotted returning from a romantic trip to Cancún on July 14th, the couple has been constantly together.

Jessica affectionately embraced the Marvel actor, playfully wrapping her legs around him as they lounged in the sun.

She looked fit and healthy in a colorful triangle bikini, and wore a black baseball cap to keep the sun out of her eyes.

They enjoyed coconut drinks, and Jessica later put on a large T-shirt and a leopard-print sarong before taking a walk on the beach.

Jessica’s beach date happened shortly after her divorce was finalized from Warren, about a year after she initially filed for divorce after almost twenty years of marriage.

The ex-couple, who married in 2008 without a prenuptial agreement, have decided neither will receive alimony from the other.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake will share custody of their three children: 17-year-old Honor, 14-year-old Haven, and 8-year-old Hayes.

As part of their divorce settlement, Warren will get $3 million, including their $10 million Beverly Hills home, which they bought in 2017.

He will receive the total amount in two payments of $1.5 million each, and neither payment will be subject to taxes. One payment will be made immediately, and the second one in one year.

Alba finalized her divorce last February and has now legally changed her name back to her maiden name.

The Daily Mail has contacted Alba’s representative for comment. 

Alba hired Laura Wasser, a leading Hollywood divorce attorney known for representing many famous clients, such as Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner, Angelina Jolie, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, and Johnny Depp.

Warren, the son of Hill Street Blues actor Michael Warren and a former movie producer himself, was represented in court by Adam Lipsic.

Alba and Warren separated on December 27, 2024, and Alba filed for divorce in February, citing irreconcilable differences.

According to TMZ, sources reported that their split was surprisingly friendly, despite the large sum of money at stake and the fact they didn’t have a prenuptial agreement.

Jessica Alba is an actress and also co-founded The Honest Company, a brand selling beauty and baby products. While she no longer serves as chief creative officer, she still owns 6% of the company, which is currently valued at $238.11 million.

Warren began dating 25-year-old model Hana Sun Doerr, while Alba started a relationship with actor Danny Ramirez, known for his roles in ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ and ‘Captain America: Brave New World’.

According to a source who spoke with Us Weekly, the age gap isn’t considered an issue following the announcement of their new relationships.

People in Hollywood seem to accept this kind of thing, so everyone is okay with it. They’re both happy about the relationship, and there are no hard feelings between them.

The couple, who are separated, were seen together this fall at one of Haven’s tennis matches, and their meeting seemed tense.

According to an eyewitness who spoke with the Daily Mail, Jessica completely ignored Cash when he showed up and throughout the entire match.

Jessica and Cash sat with other people between them and didn’t talk until Cash approached her at the end and invited her for a walk in the park.

Alba and Warren first connected while working on the 2004 film Fantastic Four. She was a main actress, and he helped direct the movie as an assistant director.

In May 2008, Jessica Alba and her husband had a surprise wedding at the courthouse in Beverly Hills. This was just before their daughter, Honor, was born the following month.

Warren admitted he and Alba had a short breakup after four years together, explaining that he became overly jealous and acted badly as a result.

In a 2023 episode of the Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast, he revealed that he used to get very jealous of other men when he and his partner first started dating, particularly when she received attention from them.
