Maya Jama and her boyfriend, Ruben Dias, gave fans a peek at their Valentine’s Day getaway on Sunday, showing how they spent the romantic holiday together.

The 31-year-old presenter shared photos on her Instagram Stories of their celebratory dinner outing.

Maya and Ruben celebrated Valentine’s Day with typical traditions, but their plans also took an unexpected turn with a visit to B&Q.

The host of Love Island posted a funny video of her soccer player boyfriend trimming the stems of her huge rose bouquet with a saw.

Maya shared a photo of her and Ruben’s Valentine’s Day dinner, playfully saying they were acting like Picasso by sketching at the table.

The star joked the Manchester City star was ‘Picasso number two,’ as she showed off his art skills.

After that, the couple went to B&Q, and Ruben bought a saw to trim the stems of her large rose bouquet.

They started dating in 2024, but didn’t announce their relationship to the public until April of last year.

Maya and Ruben’s relationship is thriving, and Maya recently shared that she continues to live in the UK solely because of him.

She shared on Instagram that she feels like a better person when she’s traveling outside of England.

I believe everyone enjoys a walk, and I personally love cycling. However, I felt unsafe riding a bike in England and didn’t like walking alone for extended periods.

Everything suggests she’d be happier living somewhere warm. Plus, my work has always been based overseas, so it would make sense for all of us.

She wrote in the caption of her video that she wasn’t planning on leaving soon, but her only reason for being in England was her boyfriend.

The actress clearly misses her boyfriend, as she later posted a photo wearing a Manchester City jersey with his number, 3.

Last month, thieves broke into the luxurious new home of Maya and Ruben while Maya was filming in South Africa.

Cheshire Police told the Daily Mail that items were stolen, and they are currently investigating the robbery.

Oh my gosh, you won’t BELIEVE this! Apparently, someone broke into their place and stole SO much! We’re talking designer clothes – like, all the good stuff – jewelry, and tons of electronics. Reports say it’s worth thousands! I’m just devastated for them, can you imagine losing all that?

The couple had just moved into the house they won through the Omaze competition, and it reportedly costs £20,000 a month to rent.

Ruben came home to find his house ransacked and valuables stolen, and immediately reported it.

Someone close to the couple shared that they are heartbroken by the incident. The house holds a lot of meaning for them as it’s the first home they’ve shared together. Fortunately, they weren’t there when it happened, but they’re deeply disturbed by the invasion of their privacy.

Maya was thrilled to move into her first home with Ruben and shared photos and videos of it on social media, according to The Sun.

They used to have a long-distance relationship, with her traveling between London and his city apartment. This new home is especially meaningful to them because it’s the first place they’ve shared as a settled couple.

Cheshire Police reported receiving a call about a break-in at a home on Woodbrook Road in Alderley Edge around 11:10 PM on Wednesday, January 28th, according to a statement to the Daily Mail.

Police responded to a report of a break-in where several items were stolen. They are currently investigating and ask anyone with information to contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via their website.
