Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori is summoned as witness in lawsuit over doomed Malibu mansion project

The contractor currently suing Kanye West wants his wife, Bianca Censori, to appear in court as a witness in the case.

According to TMZ, Tony Saxon, who first sued in 2023, is asking a Los Angeles court to compel the 31-year-old Australian architect to testify in the labor dispute. This request was made after reviewing court documents.

It wasn’t immediately obvious why Saxon listed Censori as someone who might be able to provide information for the case, which is scheduled to return to court later this month.

The disagreement began with an agreement West and Saxon made in September 2021. At the time, the rapper was planning major renovations to a Malibu beach house he had recently bought.

Okay, so I’ve been following this case, and apparently, Saxon was basically Kanye’s everything! He told the court he wasn’t just doing things for Kanye, he was managing entire projects, acting like a property manager, and providing security – all to meet Kanye’s incredibly specific demands. Seriously, the guy was doing it all! It’s wild how much he took on just to make sure Kanye got exactly what he wanted.

Daily Mail has reached out to West and Censori’s representative for further comment on this story.

According to legal filings, Saxon worked as much as 16 hours a day on the renovation, and occasionally had to sleep on the floor with just his coat to stay on track.

According to court documents, Saxon stated that problems between him and West began two months later, in November 2021.

The contractor testified in court that he disagreed with several of the musician’s requests for the home renovation.

Saxon stated that West instructed him to take out all the windows and electrical fixtures, creating a dangerous environment.
