Jaume Collet-Serra, known for directing Carry-On, directed the film. The script was written by Michael Mohan, who worked on The Voyeurs, and Marc Guggenheim, a writer from the Arrowverse series.

Washington isn’t just acting in the project, but is also one of the executive producers.

Domingo had a pretty big 2025, appearing in The Running Man remake and Wicked: For Good.

In 2026, he’s scheduled to appear in the highly anticipated third season of Euphoria and the second season of the popular Netflix series, Four Seasons.

I’m so excited to see him in Steven Spielberg’s new movie, Disclosure Day! And even more thrilled that he’s going to be playing Michael Jackson’s father, Joe, in the Michael biopic. It’s going to be amazing!

After appearing in the Netflix film Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, Washington will next be in the Apple TV+ series Imperfect Women, where she also serves as an executive producer.

James Marsden is returning as Scott Summers, also known as Cyclops, in the new Avengers: Doomsday event. This marks his first time playing the character since a quick appearance in X-Men: Days of Future Past in 2014, and it’s a return to the role he originally played back in 2000.

An Innocent Girl will be coming to Netflix, but does not currently have a release date.
