You can play until EOS and request refunds for your Tailstones after that

The Tailstone Shop is now closed, but you can still use any Tailstones you haven’t spent and continue playing until the game’s end date. After that date, you’ll be able to request a refund for any remaining Tailstones. To help with the refund process, please take a screenshot of your profile showing your nickname and IMID, as you’ll need to provide this information.
