Phoebe Burgess reveals her trim figure in series of swimsuits as she shares intimate holiday photos from Noosa

Phoebe Burgess has returned to social media with a vengeance.   

The mother of two, known for her previous relationship with a famous athlete, recently took her children, Poppy and Billy, aged eight and six respectively, on vacation to Noosa and shared lots of photos and updates from the trip online.

On Wednesday, the 36-year-old shared photos on Instagram showcasing her physique in various swimsuits while relaxing in a well-known vacation spot.

Phoebe relaxed on a towel, sunbathing in a burgundy swimsuit and a straw hat while enjoying a book.

In a different picture, the influencer wore a floral, strapless swimsuit while playing with her kids on the beach.

Another photo featured Phoebe wearing a different floral swimsuit, this one a light pink and black pattern.

Phoebe shared photos with a caption explaining she’s finally relaxing and embracing the summer getaway, deciding to go with the flow after initially resisting it.

Looking back at the photos from our vacation – since I hadn’t shared them before – reminds me how much fun we had as a family. I’m choosing to focus on the good times, of course, and leave out the occasional arguments between the kids! It really felt like a special trip for all three of us.

My vacation felt like stepping back into childhood! I spent my days taking surf lessons, playing simple games like Hangman during breakfast, and coloring on menus at dinner. A boogie board was my favorite, and I enjoyed classic treats like Hey Bill shaved ice. Shoes weren’t necessary, late-night swims were encouraged, and bedtime and showers were pretty relaxed – plus, I happily ate ice cream for lunch. It was pure bliss.

‘Never has a holiday felt more recharging than this little oasis of time we found.’ 

This news follows Phoebe’s recent admission that she continues to reside at her parents’ home in the Southern Highlands, six years after separating from her husband, NRL player Sam.

On Tuesday, she shared on Instagram that she and two others were back at the beautiful home where she’s lived since her separation in 2019.

Phoebe posted a photo of herself and Poppy in Noosa, writing that she missed being at the beach. She then shared a video of Poppy riding a white horse in a field.

Phoebe offloaded her nearby Southern Highlands property in November for $2.09 million.

She bought the property, known as Acre Hill, in 2021, shortly after a difficult and very public breakup with her former partner, a professional football player named Sam.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Phoebe and her two children never officially lived in the house.

Instead, she stayed at her parents’ house nearby, and the property was rented out for around a year, the publication reports.

I always say, your surroundings really shape who you are, and that was definitely true for Phoebe! She had a wonderful childhood growing up on the family property with her parents, Mitch and Sarah Hooke, and her sisters, Jemima and Harriet. It was a beautiful spot, practically in the shadow of Acre Hill, and they all made so many memories there.

She previously told Daily Mail Australia that moving back in with her parents was a really positive step for her and her two kids.

‘I learned really early on that there’s a trade-off. My kids love the space,’ she said.

Billy recently got an electric bike, and his dad built a fun obstacle course for him using jumps in the horse arena. Poppy enjoys spending time outdoors and letting her imagination run wild.

Phoebe and Sam split in October 2019, after four tumultuous years of marriage.

The couple first split up in December 2018, soon after their son, Billy, was born. They briefly got back together in April, but decided to end their relationship permanently six months after that.

Phoebe has resumed posting on Instagram after being inactive for several months, starting back in November.
