Comedian Matt Rife and fitness influencer Mariah Morse ‘split’ as they unfollow each other

Comedian Matt Rife and his girlfriend, Mariah Morse, have broken up after less than a year of dating.

I’m really sad to hear this, but it seems like that comedian I love and the amazing fitness influencer have broken up! I noticed they unfollowed each other on social media, and TMZ is reporting it’s official, though neither of them have said anything publicly yet. It’s a bummer, they seemed so happy together.

The news first broke in March 2025 when the couple was seen holding hands in Rhode Island, confirming their relationship.

They confirmed their relationship in May by going ‘Instagram official’.

In September Morse paid tribute to her then-boyfriend when she wished him a happy birthday online.

She started a caption by saying people recognize you for your wit, charm, strong features, or attractive appearance.

Not everyone witnesses the fun, spontaneous side of you, like when you’re full of energy late at night. They also don’t see how you go above and beyond to brighten someone else’s day, how thoughtful you are, or how you bring positivity to any environment. You truly have a kind and generous heart.

‘Loving you is the easiest thing I’ll ever do- happy birthday ❤️.’

The kind words were accompanied by a carousel of snapshots of them together.

Rife shared a sweet message, saying they’ve always dreamed of being loved like this and thanked their partner. ❤️❤️

Last month, the comedian shared a set of photos on Instagram that included a black and white picture of him and Morse holding hands. The photo was taken backstage at one of his comedy shows.

The beauty commented under the post, ‘I’m the luckiest girl in the world.’

Morse boasts 240,000 followers on Instagram.

Her profile describes her as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.

Matt Rife hasn’t said anything publicly about his relationship, and his recent Instagram posts suggest he’s looking forward to watching the Super Bowl on Sunday.

He shared a sunset photo with the caption ‘Go Pats!’ and excitedly announced ‘Super Bowl time!’ with a TV emoji.

Another post showed a beach view and he added the note: ‘Thank you God.’

The Netflix actor was seen on a boat with friends, wearing a baseball cap backwards and smiling.

Okay, so last December, my absolute idol got some totally unfair heat! Apparently, he dropped a major Christmas spoiler in a little preview for his new stand-up show. Parents were, like, furious that their kids’ Christmas surprises were ruined, and honestly, I think it was blown way out of proportion. He’s a comedic genius, and sometimes a little accidental revealing is just part of the fun, right? I was so annoyed at everyone coming at him!

A Reddit user was annoyed when a preview for Matt Rife’s Christmas comedy special started playing automatically as soon as they opened the Netflix app.

And within the first seconds the entertainer says in a bit, ‘Santa is your parents.’

An angry parent called the streamer and Rife names, accusing them of possibly damaging children’s belief in Santa Claus.
