GENMUGAME CO., LTD., the creators of games like Haze Reverb and Elpis Fallen Star, recently announced their new game, Moribiyori – Relaxed Country Life. This laid-back rural life simulation will be available on Android and iOS in Japan starting February 26, 2026.

This month, experience the peaceful charm of rural life with Moribiyori. You’ve inherited an overgrown garden in a quiet, nostalgic town, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Now, you can restore it with your own creative touch and enjoy a relaxed, self-paced lifestyle.

This game seriously gives me Morikomori Life vibes – it’s another super chill rural life sim. Like that one, you can just unwind and enjoy the simple life, with stuff like farming, fishing, and a whole lot more. Honestly, there’s so much to do – from plowing fields and planting seeds, to cooking up a meal when you get hungry. It’s really satisfying!

You can decorate your garden and house, dress up your character, and more

You can collect resources like stones and wood to build and decorate your garden and home to your liking. If you enjoy fashion, you can gather costumes and accessories through crafting and events, letting you design and wear truly unique outfits.

I’m really excited about this game! The art style reminds me of Studio Ghibli films, and I love the idea of seasonal events and relaxing activities. I’m hoping it gets released worldwide soon so I can play with friends, share meals, chat, and visit each other’s homes.
