David Beckham catches up with mum Sandra and sister Joanne over a pie and mash lunch at their favourite spot in Essex as his son Brooklyn plans to ‘adopt a child’ with wife Nicola Peltz amid heartbreaking family feud

David Beckham had a lovely lunch with his mother, Sandra, and sister, Joanne, at their go-to cafe in Essex on Friday. They enjoyed a traditional pie and mash meal together.

The 50-year-old former footballer said spending time with his family felt wonderful, especially after learning his son Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, are planning to have a child.

Sources say Victoria and David Beckham’s 26-year-old son, who is currently separated from his family, has been talking with 31-year-old billionaire’s daughter about the possibility of adopting a child together.

After hearing the news, David reconnected with his mother and sibling, and they all went out for a simple, affordable lunch costing £5.50.

He shared a sweet message about enjoying a traditional pie and mash meal with his mother, expressing his love for her and tagging her and his sister on social media.

David often visits Tony’s Pie & Mash shop in Waltham Abbey, which is near his hometown of Leytonstone.

He spent time taking pictures with fans at the restaurant in Essex, and even gave away signed football shirts as a kind gift.

Last month, Brooklyn published a strong, six-page statement detailing his issues with his family and stating he doesn’t want to make amends.

Someone familiar with the couple, who got married in 2022, revealed they plan to have several children, including at least one through adoption or other means besides natural conception.

Nicola and Brooklyn both strongly desire a large family, with plans to have several children, including at least one through adoption.

Both of them are aware of how fortunate they are and feel a strong desire to help children who haven’t had the same advantages. They’ve discussed wanting to provide a loving and supportive life for a child in need, and have talked about it at length.

It would be incredibly upsetting for David and Victoria Beckham to be estranged from a future grandchild, as they’ve always looked forward to being grandparents.

Daily Mail contacted representatives for Brooklyn and Nicola.

Last month, Brooklyn released a detailed statement where he strongly suggested he and Nicola want to start a family.

He finished his critical message by saying he starts each day thankful for the life he’s built, and feels a sense of peace and contentment.

My wife and I simply want a peaceful, private life, and happiness for our family – without being influenced by public opinion or media attention.

Nicola shared in a 2022 interview with The Times that Brooklyn had always wanted to start a family sooner than she did, but they both agreed they wanted to have many children.

She said he was eager to start a family right away, but she preferred to wait a few years.

She continued: ‘We definitely want a big family. He has three siblings, and I have seven.’

Photos surfaced earlier this week showing that Brooklyn Beckham had concealed his tattoo of an anchor, which he originally got in honor of his father.

The hot sauce entrepreneur also appears to have removed tattoos of his siblings – Romeo, Cruz, and Harper – from his skin.

Just last week, the tattoos on his fingertips were clearly visible in a cooking video.

Now, they have been inked over.

Brooklyn still has many visible tattoos dedicated to his wife, Nicola.

He used to have a large anchor tattoo on his upper right arm, and the tattoo originally included the word ‘dad’ within its design.

Directly underneath is the message ‘Love you Bust’ – David’s endearing nickname for his first born.

However, new pictures show Brooklyn has covered it up with nondescript shapes and a star.

His dad’s nickname text is also faded and less prominent.
