Gemma Collins hints she wants to reunite with an ex as she opens up about rows with fiancé Rami Hawash

Gemma Collins has suggested she might get back together with a former partner, despite recent arguments with her fiancé, Rami Hawash.

The 45-year-old TV star, who has been engaged to Rami since 2024, recently chatted with Jessica Wright, 40, and her mom, Carol Wright, 65, on their podcast, Wright At Home. They talked about their favorite TV shows, celebrity news, and relationships.

During their conversation, Gemma hinted she might get back together with an ex, explaining that it’s natural to remember past relationships with fondness and that not all breakups are negative.

Jess started the conversation by posing a thought-provoking question: ‘If you could have any ex back and nobody would ever know, who would it be?’

Gemma smirked and nodded slightly as the rest of the ladies laughed.

Jess joked: ‘We better not go there, Gem, because Rami listens to the podcast.’

Gemma explained that she doesn’t see the situation negatively. She believes you can often look back on past relationships with positive feelings, and not every breakup is truly awful, so she’s undecided about how she feels about this one.

She went on, saying that we all have cherished memories, and you’ll often find yourself thinking, ‘Was that the special one?’

I’ve done a lot of reading on this, and it seems the relationships that start with intense excitement – the ones that feel like your heart is racing – aren’t usually the ones that last.

‘I 100 per cent, Rami obviously, I was with him years ago, Jess, you know you remember.

I’m really happy with how things are going. Interestingly, I’ve actually become more attracted to him as he’s gotten older. We’ve both matured and grown together, and it’s been wonderful.

Jess chimed in: ‘You’ve got a lovely dynamic.’

Gemma shared that, like any couple, they have disagreements. She explained that sometimes they need space from each other, but they’ve definitely matured as a couple and worked through those moments.

She explained that pretending a relationship is perfect is unrealistic. She used Rami as an example, saying he claims he can tell how her day will go just by looking at her, and she feels the same way about him – they’ve grown together over time.
