Warner Bros. has delayed the release of Clayface, the third movie in the new DC Universe after Superman and Supergirl, by one month. It will now hit theaters on October 23, 2026, as reported by Variety. This shift means Clayface is taking the original release date previously planned for a collaboration between M. Night Shyamalan and Nicholas Sparks, titled Remain. Remain has been moved to February 2027, making the pre-Halloween weekend available for the DCU horror film starring Tom Rhys Harries.
Originally, the movie Clayface was scheduled to come out on September 11, 2026. However, Warner Bros. has changed plans and will now release Practical Magic 2 – bringing back Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman – on that date instead. Practical Magic 2 was previously planned to be released the week after, on September 18, 2026.
This is a developing story.
