RHOBH star shocks as she gifts her 16-year-old daughter a $110,000 Maserati

Bozoma Saint John celebrated her daughter’s big accomplishment with a lavish gift: an $110,200 Maserati Grecale Trofeo.

The TV personality, age 49, gave her 16-year-old daughter, Lael, a luxury car after she successfully passed her driving test. She has been on the show RHBOH since 2024.

The shock unveiling was shown on Thursday’s episode of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. 

Saint John and the teenager were standing outside their home when a new Maserati, decorated with a red bow, drove by.

The reality star happily told Lael, ‘You’re getting a Maserati! You deserve this—I love you!’ and they hugged.

Saint John created personalized shirts featuring a fake ID with Lael’s photo on the front, and they both wore them during the occasion.

The businesswoman greeted her teenage daughter, whom she had with her late husband, Peter Saint John. He died in 2013 after fighting cancer.

She has since become engaged to Keely Watson who popped the big question last year in August. 

The proposal happened at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood, with only their closest friends and family present.

Saint John shared with People magazine that his relationship is proof that it’s possible to heal from sadness, rediscover happiness, and find a love that feels right enough to commit to.

Keely’s story shows me that everything happens at the right time, according to a perfect plan. I’m choosing to embrace life, love, and the incredible opportunity to start over.

I was so thrilled to see the TV personality celebrate another amazing achievement for her daughter last month! It turns out her little one officially became a dual citizen, and it was heartwarming to see her share that special moment with everyone.

She shared a photo on Instagram of Lael proudly holding both her American and Ghanaian passports, beaming with pride.

The most important thing I can give my daughter is a sense of belonging. She was born an American, and now she’s also a landowner in Ghana. She has roots in two countries, and I embrace her completely.

Saint John frequently shares moments with her fans showing how close she is to her teenage daughter.

Last year, the pair whisked themselves away to Australia to ring in Lael’s 16th birthday. 

The celebrity shared a video of them dancing near the famous Sydney Opera House, explaining that their teenager plans a trip every year.

The actress shared that her daughter plans incredible birthday trips, and each one is even more enchanting than the previous.

Each year, I agree to go, even after some back-and-forth, and with the understanding that these trips won’t last forever.

Saint John shared that her daughter’s creativity has opened her eyes to new and wonderful experiences, taking her on emotional journeys she never expected.

I’ve always known my daughter had a spirit for adventure – she’s been dreaming up incredible journeys since she was just three years old! Now, at sixteen, it’s been amazing to actually share those adventures with her, traveling across continents together. It’s a bond I’ll always treasure.

Honestly, I just want to give her everything. My biggest wish? To keep making her happy for a thousand years – because that’s exactly how long I’ll be completely, utterly in love with her. Go get ’em, my love! ❤️

But adventurous trips around the globe is not the only thing that Lael pitches to her famous mom. 

The teen also will hold annual board meetings to pitch her Christmas wish list. 

Last year, Saint John noticed a heartwarming moment during a meeting: her daughter was shown on a TV screen confidently giving a presentation.

I don’t hold back when giving her feedback. I evaluate her performance just as I would anyone else pitching an idea in a business meeting.

Poor reasoning doesn’t hold up to scrutiny, and weak arguments quickly fall apart. Go ahead, try to convince me! But honestly, she’s really improved her skills over time…

During the recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Saint John openly discussed the difficulties she and Watson faced while trying to conceive.

After retrieving two eggs, the couple received an update from their doctor who explained that unfortunately, neither egg developed into a blastocyst.

During a confession, Saint John shared that he felt incredibly overwhelmed, describing it as a feeling similar to deep sadness.

It’s incredibly painful, like losing a child. I always thought of these creations as our babies – Keely and my own. They’re not just things; they feel like family.

Despite the difficult news, her fiancé remained optimistic and supportive, telling her, ‘Let’s concentrate on getting as healthy as possible for the next phase of treatment.’
