Brooklyn Beckham displays his covered up tattoo tribute to his dad David after severing ties with his family for good as he steps out with wife Nicola in LA

Brooklyn Beckham was seen with a tattoo honoring his father, David, while out in Los Angeles with his wife, Nicola Peltz, on Wednesday. The tattoo was visible despite being partially covered.

Last month, Sir David and Victoria’s son, age 50, publicly announced he doesn’t want to repair his relationship with his family in a strongly worded statement.

Brooklyn, age 26, has upset his father again by changing a tattoo he got as a tribute.

The owner of the hot sauce company used to have the word ‘dad’ tattooed through a large anchor on his upper right arm.

Directly underneath is the message ‘Love you Bust’ – David’s endearing nickname for his first born.

When Brooklyn went out with Nicola, someone had changed his tattoo. The original word ‘dad’ had been covered up with abstract shapes and a star.

His dad’s nickname text is also faded and less prominent.

Brooklyn seems to be getting rid of the tattoos he got in 2020 honoring his brothers, Romeo and Cruz, as the finger tattoos are no longer visible.

During the event, it was clear that the tattoo of Romeo’s name on Brooklyn’s ring finger had mostly faded.

Brooklyn looked relaxed in a simple white T-shirt and jeans, walking hand-in-hand with his wife, who was wearing jeans and a cream-colored crop top.

During his trip to Doha, David’s neck tattoo of ‘Buster’ – which he got in 2015 as a tribute to his son – was clearly visible.

Last year, Brooklyn Beckham had a tattoo he got for his mother, Victoria, removed. The tattoo, which many called a ‘mama’s boy’ tribute, was covered up with new artwork.

While the Beckham family vacationed in France, Brooklyn and Nicola enjoyed an expensive dinner and wine at the same California hotel often visited by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

If reports are true that Nicola receives £1 million each month from her wealthy father, they certainly have the means to cover both expenses.

After enjoying some drinks, the couple appeared united and romantic in a series of Instagram photos taken during their stay at the luxurious San Ysidro resort, where rooms can cost as much as $2,595 per night.

Brooklyn stated he felt like his family prioritized appearing successful over everything else, and that being with his wife, Nicola, has helped him finally find peace and overcome severe anxiety.

He wrote: ‘I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private.

My parents and their representatives have repeatedly made statements to the media, forcing me to publicly address and correct some of the false information they’ve shared.

I’ve decided not to try and make things right with my family. This isn’t about being controlled; it’s about finally asserting my own needs and boundaries, something I haven’t done before.

‘For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family.

I grew up surrounded by showy displays on social media, obligatory family gatherings, and relationships that often felt fake.

I’ve recently witnessed how far certain people will go to spread lies in the media, often harming innocent individuals, all to maintain a false image. However, I’m confident that the truth will eventually be revealed.

He explained that his parents have consistently tried to sabotage his relationship, starting even before his wedding, and they still haven’t stopped.

My mom unexpectedly cancelled making Nicola’s dress right before the event, even though Nicola was really looking forward to wearing it. This left Nicola scrambling to find a replacement.

In the weeks leading up to my wedding, my parents constantly pressured me and even offered me money to give up the rights to my name. This would have impacted not only me, but also my wife and any children we might have.

They insisted I sign the agreement before my wedding, as that would start the deal’s terms.

‘My holdout affected the payday, and they have never treated me the same since.’

Although his parents are deeply upset by what he said, a source says they would happily welcome their son back if he ever wants to repair their relationship.
