A free demo for Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is now available on all platforms, Capcom announced today.

You can try out the beginning of Monster Hunter Stories 3 with a free demo, and any progress you make will transfer to the full game when it’s released. Download the demo on Steam, Xbox, PS5, and Switch 2. The full game launches on March 13, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam), and Nintendo Switch 2.

Hey fellow hunters! I just got my hands on the free demo for Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, and it’s awesome! It takes place a long time after a big war, and things are really falling apart ā€“ monsters are dying out, and the whole world is messed up. You get to explore this world, team up with cool monsters called Monsties, and basically try to fix things using skills like Channeling and restoring their habitats.

The demo lets you play through the beginning of the game, and the best part is you can customize how your character looks as much as you want! You can also check out the new battle systems like the Wyvernsoul Gauge and Synchro Rush, and get a feel for what it’s like being a Ranger, rebuilding monster habitats. The full game comes out on March 13, 2026, on the Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and you can even carry over your save data from the demo!

If you pre-order, you get some cool armor for Eleanor, and there are also Amiibo for Ratha, Ratha V, and Rudy that unlock even more outfits when the game launches. Definitely worth checking out!
