Mel B and Geri are said to have had an ugly falling out which has scuppered new projects.
In 2024, reports surfaced claiming Geri blocked a major television deal that would have earned each of the five group members a million pounds.
Reports also indicated she canceled plans for a Spice Girls reunion tour and a documentary celebrating the band’s 30 years.
Oh my god, it was so much worse than anyone knew! Apparently, the fight between Geri and Mel B was a total disaster, and it completely crippled the Spice Girls. No manager could handle the mess and actually get anything done because they were too busy trying to keep the peace! It was heartbreaking to watch, honestly. They just couldn’t move forward with anything because of all the drama.
The conflict started in 2019 when Mel revealed on Piers Morgan’s talk show that she and Geri had a brief romantic relationship during the band’s popular years in the 1990s.
Geri insisted the affair never happened, while Mel was accused of fabricating the story to boost sales of her memoir, ‘Brutally Honest’.
