Fika is incredibly popular in Overwatch Season 1! Here’s a complete look at what Jetpack Cat can do, including all of their abilities and advantages.

Overwatch’s 2026 Spotlight event has introduced Fika, a charming cat hero who will be playable in the game. Here’s a rundown of everything we currently know about Fika, including when you can expect to play as her and what her powers are.

Fika the Jetpack Cat enters Overwatch

Following the announcement that unique heroes would continue to be added to Overwatch, Blizzard recently unveiled Fika, a cat equipped with a jetpack, as the newest member of the hero roster. Blizzard has confirmed that Fika sides with the Overwatch team, not the villainous Talon organization.

Overwatch Fika release date

On February 10th, Fika the Jetpack Cat joins the game with four other new heroes: Domina, Mizuki, Emre, and Anran. These five characters are half of the ten heroes planned for release throughout 2026, with the remaining heroes coming in Seasons 2 through 6.

Just a reminder that the new Overwatch season begins on February 10, 2026. This will be Season 1 of Overwatch, not Season 21 of Overwatch 2. Blizzard Entertainment has simplified the game’s name by removing the “2”.

Overwatch Fika perks

Okay, so as a Fika fan, let me break down her perks. She’s got a couple of smaller abilities – Claws Out and Transport Shielding – but her really awesome, defining skills are definitely Headbutt and Territorial. Those are the ones that really make her stand out!
