Chanelle Hayes shared recent photos on Tuesday showing off her incredible nine-stone weight loss, looking almost completely different.
The 38-year-old, known from the reality show Big Brother, looked quite different in a recent photo she shared, which she seemingly disabled comments on. She posed in front of a grey wall.
Chanelle showed off her legs in a short, dark denim skirt, which she wore with a white turtleneck sweater.
The celebrity completed her look with see-through tights and tall, black boots that reached her thighs.
Styling her brunette locks into a new bob hairstyle, she completed her look with a black handbag.
She captioned the post: ‘Soft changes, steady energy’.
Chanelle has left her nursing studies to become an OnlyFans model, hoping to earn more money after losing over nine stone.
The celebrity first became well-known on the Channel 4 show Big Brother in 2007, and has experienced significant weight fluctuations – ranging from seven to seventeen stone – over the last four years.
After struggling with her weight for years, she secretly had gastric sleeve surgery in 2020, seeing it as a final attempt to feel better.
Chanelle lost a significant amount of weight – nine stone – and went from a size 18 to a size 6. She said the surgery completely changed her life and she doesn’t regret having it.
She shared that after years of battling unhealthy eating and a negative body image, getting a gastric band helped her achieve and keep a healthy weight.
Similar to a procedure that has worked for celebrities like Vanessa Feltz and James Argent, this treatment shrinks the stomach by 70 to 85 percent, limiting how much food a person can eat and helping them regain control over their eating habits – which is what happened for Chanelle.
After losing a significant amount of weight, the model, who used to appear in magazines aimed at men, was left with loose, hanging skin, which caused her additional emotional pain.
She had multiple surgeries to get rid of extra skin, and also had a breast reduction and lift, which reduced her bra size from a G cup to a D cup.
As a lifestyle expert, I often talk about self-acceptance, and it’s so relatable! I recently shared with Daily Mail that while I’m incredibly grateful for the confidence boost I got from gastric sleeve surgery, I’m still human. There are still parts of my body I’m working on loving, and I think it’s important to be honest about that journey.
She stated she was finished with cosmetic surgery, after having two breast augmentations, several liposuction procedures, and treatments to address excess skin.
She explained her surgery involves removing about 70% of her stomach. Instead of being round and pouch-like, her remaining stomach is now smaller and more sausage-shaped. This significantly reduces how much food and liquid she can consume.
I tend to react emotionally and instinctively, always feeling compelled to grab onto things, and this just fits that pattern for me.
Having that physical limitation actually helped me lose weight rapidly.
After my pregnancies, my body had changed quite a bit. My breasts had lost some firmness, and my abdominal muscles had separated, leaving me feeling like my stomach was torn between two sides.
During my skin removal surgery, the doctors also repaired my core muscles to make them stronger.
Typically, I feel fantastic and I’m really glad I had gastric sleeve surgery. I also had some skin removed afterward and got new breast implants.
I’m feeling a lot more confident now, but I’d still like to tone my arms. However, I’m not interested in getting surgery to do it.
I’d prefer to be content with how my body is, even if it’s not perfect, and avoid more surgery. Nobody is ever truly satisfied with their appearance, so I’m okay with being about 90% happy with myself.
Chanelle quit her job as a student nurse because she was attracted to the possibility of earning more money on the subscription-based platform OnlyFans.
According to a source, Chanelle has decided to leave her job as a nurse after years of hard work and training.
She became a nurse because she truly wanted to help people, but she grew frustrated with not having enough time to connect with her patients.
Eventually, the emotional toll of not being able to provide the care she wished for became overwhelming.
According to a source, Chanelle has been flooded with messages and requests from longtime fans – people who’ve followed her modeling career – asking her to create an OnlyFans account.
