While eating a piece of Sukuna’s finger doesn’t sound appealing, dedicated fans of Jujutsu Kaisen might be curious enough to try it just for the novelty of it.
The popular ramen restaurant chain Kamukura is partnering with Jujutsu Kaisen to release special menu items. One dish is even designed to look like a finger from the character Sukuna!
To celebrate the new season of the anime Jujutsu Kaisen, titled “The Culling Game,” the creators have teamed up with Kamukura Ramen. The restaurant will be releasing special, limited-time menu items in stages, each inspired by popular characters like Sukuna, Itadori, Fushiguro, Choso, and Okkotsu. Their signature Oishi Ramen will be the base for these character-themed dishes.
Kamukura x Jujutsu Kaisen dishes
Kamukura has announced three dishes they’ll be serving in 2026, each available for a limited time. Here’s a breakdown of what they’ve shared so far.
Choso’s red-scale karage
This Japanese fried chicken shares some similarities with the character Choso from the anime Jujutsu Kaisen. It’s covered in a sweet and spicy sauce called yangnyeom, and finished with chili threads for extra flavor.
Yuji Itadori’s divergent fist ramen
This vibrant orange noodle soup is inspired by Yuji Itadori from Jujutsu Kaisen. It’s made with a tomato broth and includes traditional ramen toppings, plus a special touch: a layer of grilled cheese that creates a delicious combination of tangy tomato and creamy flavor.
Sukuna’s finger chashu
This Sukuna finger replica is actually made of meat, which might seem a little unsettling. But it’s interesting to remember that the whole story of Jujutsu Kaisen began when Itadori ate a real Sukuna finger to protect his friends from a dangerous curse.
Ryomen Sukuna is the main villain in the anime, feared as the King of Curses. He cheated death by dividing himself into twenty powerful, unbreakable fingers. When Itadori consumed one of these fingers, Sukuna’s spirit was revived, and he began to control Itadori’s body.
This unique dish aims to recreate the experience of Sukuna’s finger, but in a much more palatable way! Instead of a real finger, it’s crafted from chicken cartilage, wrapped in flavorful pork chashu and enoki mushrooms. According to the creator, Kamukura, it surprisingly offers a delicious taste and texture despite its unusual inspiration.
