The psychological thriller Daldal has quickly become popular on UK streaming platforms. This Indian Hindi-language series, released in 2024, is adapted from Vish Dhamija’s bestselling novel, Bhendi Bazaar.
Directed by Suresh Triveni, Daldal features Bhumi Pednekar as Rita Ferreira, the recently assigned Deputy Commissioner of Police in Mumbai.
Ferreira, the city’s newest Deputy Chief of Police, is leading the investigation into a brutal serial killer who has been frightening the community.
