I’m so excited Tom Holland is coming back as Spider-Man in the new Sony and Marvel movie! It’s a huge deal, especially considering everything that happened in Spider-Man: No Way Home. The fact that everyone forgot who Peter Parker and Spider-Man even are makes this next story so interesting and a natural continuation of what we’ve already seen.
There’s a wealth of Spider-Man comic book storylines fans would love to see adapted for the screen. The Marvel Cinematic Universe shouldn’t miss the opportunity to bring these classic tales to life, from the early days of Spider-Man to more recent favorites. Stories like Spider-Man’s initial, intense battle with Venom, Kraven the Hunter’s disturbing obsession with Spider-Man, and the emergence of the Superior Spider-Man (Doctor Octopus) all offer exciting possibilities – even exploring a Manhattan teaming with different Spider-People and beyond.
Tom Holland’s Spider-Man In The Symbiote

It’s highly likely that Tom Holland’s Spider-Man will eventually wear the black symbiote suit, potentially in either Avengers: Doomsday or Secret Wars. Marvel Studios just needs to make it happen. While the Secret Wars comic featured a larger conflict involving a powerful being testing Earth’s heroes, the most memorable part for many fans is Spider-Man sporting the black suit.
If the latest movie hints at a darker suit, many fans believe the next Spider-Man film will be based on “The Alien Costume Saga.” Marvel Studios now has plenty of source material – thanks to comics like Symbiote Spider-Man and Black Suit and Blood – to create a symbiote Spider-Man story.

Both Venom: Let There Be Carnage and Spider-Man: No Way Home hinted at a possible crossover between the Venom movies and the Marvel Cinematic Universe Spider-Man. However, when different studios are making the films, plans can always change.
Although a team-up between Venom and Spider-Man on film seems unlikely, Marvel Studios could draw inspiration from Venom’s debut in Amazing Spider-Man #300 if they ever decide to bring the characters together. That comic portrayed Venom as a truly frightening, horror-like creature, a contrast to the more heroic portrayal by Tom Hardy in recent films.

Marvel recently revealed the cast for their upcoming movie, Avengers: Doomsday, and fans worldwide tuned in to watch. With Marvel seemingly planning to introduce more X-Men characters into their movies, it would make sense for Juggernaut to appear as well.
“Nothing Can Stop the Juggernaut!” was one of the best Spider-Man comics of all time, capturing Spider-Man’s perseverance and devotion to his loved ones. Half a movie could be about Spider-Man’s pursuit of Juggernaut, looking for revenge after the X-Men villain nearly killed Madame Web.

If Sony were to give up the movie rights to Spider-Man, the next film should be based on the “Kraven’s Last Hunt” storyline. This story would be a dark and intense exploration of serious themes, and it would finally showcase Kraven as a truly formidable Spider-Man villain for movie audiences.
Spider-Man & The Future Foundation In The MCU

The recent release of Fantastic Four: First Steps has gotten Marvel fans wondering what role the Fantastic Four will play in the future of the MCU. Will they become the new leading heroes, taking over for the Avengers, or will the X-Men ultimately take that spot?
Okay, so now that the Fantastic Four are officially part of the MCU, I’m really hoping Marvel goes all-in on their stories. Seriously, seeing Spider-Man and Johnny Storm being best buds on screen would be amazing! And the Future Foundation? That team opens up a ton of cool sci-fi possibilities. I could totally see them becoming the main Marvel team, but with different heroes joining up over time – kind of a rotating roster. That would be awesome.

Will fans be able to handle the complicated storyline of a ‘Clone Saga’ like the one Spider-Man experienced in the ’90s? While that original story was controversial, it also had strong villains like The Jackal and Kaine. Bringing a ‘Clone Saga’ to the Marvel Cinematic Universe could be a good thing, offering interesting possibilities for both the story and the films themselves.
The “Clone Saga” storyline offers a way to revive characters who previously died in the Spider-Man movies, like Mysterio or even Aunt May, creating dramatic twists. It also introduces the character Ben Reilly, which could potentially allow Tom Holland to step down from the role of Spider-Man, with a new actor taking over who bears a resemblance to him.
The Sinister Six In The MCU

It’s time the MCU properly introduced the might provide the perfect format to do so. Spider-Man battles each of his classic villains, one by one, until he’s forced to fight them all at the same time. Seeing his iconic foes like Electro, Sandman, Kraven, Mysterio, Doc Ock and the Vulture together on the big screen would be incredible.

“Spider-Island” was one of the greatest Spider-Man comic arcs of all time. The Jackal returned, unleashing an army of radioactive insects on Manhattan, turning all of New York’s residents into Spider-People. “Spider-Island” would make such a great film, because it stars more than just Peter Parker.
Mary Jane Watson is now more actively involved in the story, which is exciting for fans. Many would enjoy seeing Zendaya’s version of MJ gain spider-powers herself. A potential “Spider-Island” movie could bring in other heroes like Shang-Chi, Agent Venom, and Kaine Parker, alongside the existing Spider-People. Interestingly, even J. Jonah Jameson has had spider-powers in the comics.

After Doc Ock created a company while in Peter Parker’s body, the real Peter took advantage of that success and Parker Industries became as successful as Stark’s company. During the Worldwide era, Spider-Man was a worldwide hero––basically Tony Stark. Spider-Man even wore a new Spider-Armor and teamed up with S.H.I.E.L.D.
Following Peter’s bad luck and low financial position in Brand New Day, fans may want to see the complete opposite: a Spider-Man with all the resources in the world, and a Peter Parker in the limelight, dealing with power and responsibility on a worldwide scale.

In the world of comics, characters rarely stay dead, and storylines usually don’t last long. Fans expected the “Superior Spider-Man” story to be short-lived, but were surprised when Otto Octavius controlled Peter Parker’s body for over two years.
The Superior Spider-Man is a fan-favorite, and any hint of his return in comics immediately draws a lot of attention. Readers especially appreciate his compelling character development. Many would love to see this version of Spider-Man in a movie, perhaps as part of a film that covers both the “Dying Wish” storyline and his time as the Superior Spider-Man.
