The 26-year-old singer, who’s up for Best New Artist, stunned in a striking black and white beaded dress.

The first part of the 2026 Grammy Awards, often called the ‘early show,’ was held on Sunday afternoon.

Lady Gaga’s song “Abracadabra” won the award for Best Dance Pop Recording. She wasn’t able to attend the ceremony, so a message from her was read aloud to accept the award on her behalf.

Kehlani won the award for Best R&B Performance, surpassing Justin Bieber. It was her first time winning an award, and she expressed her gratitude to Jesus.

Laufey’s album, A Matter of Time, won the award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album. When accepting the award, she expressed her gratitude, thanking her family, the Academy, and her music teachers. She also made a plea to continue supporting arts funding.

Turnstile’s album, Never Enough, took home the award for Best Rock Album. The band expressed their gratitude on stage, thanking their ‘family and friends’ and saying, ‘We love you.’

Gloria Estefan won the award for Best Tropical Latin Album and shared her thanks with her husband, Emilio Estefan, who joined her on stage.

The singer said it was incredible she is still working on music 50 years after her debut. 

Yungblud received his first Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance in 2026. He won for his live rendition of Black Sabbath’s ‘Changes,’ which he performed at Ozzy Osbourne’s Back to the Beginning concert.

He shared the stage with Jesse Welles, Adam Wakeman, Nuno Bettencourt, Sharon Osbourne, and Frank Bello.

Doechii, also known as Jaylah Ji’mya Hickmon, won Best Music Video for her song ‘Anxiety,’ but she wasn’t present to accept the award.

Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo took home the Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance in 2026 for their version of the song ‘Defying Gravity’.
