Com2uS announced they’re stopping major updates for their idle RPG, STARSEED: Asnia Trigger, after recently releasing a large update. The game won’t get new content going forward, but the servers will stay online with regular events and support for players.
STARSEED: Asnia Trigger ends future updates after the Yume update
The developers of STARSEED: Asnia Trigger have responded to worries about the delayed Region Integration update. They said they’re working to strengthen security and make sure the game runs smoothly.
Following the Yume update on July 23rd, the development team announced that they’ve reached a limit in their ability to create meaningful new content for the game.
The team apologized to players, saying they explored every way to keep improving the game but ultimately couldn’t maintain its quality while still adding new features. However, it’s good that they are continuing to support the game rather than ending it.
You can continue enjoying rotating events and scheduled content
Okay, so I was a little worried about the future of STARSEED: Asnia Trigger, but it sounds like things are still good! They’re not going to add any new Proxyans or big updates anymore, but they’re promising regular events and support will continue. That means all my favorites – Bingo, Match Pairs, Poster, Roulette, Workshop, and Item Search – will be coming back on a two-week schedule. And instead of new Proxyans, they’re doing Special Select Pickups, which sounds fun too! I’m definitely relieved to hear this game isn’t going anywhere.
These updates will go live during scheduled maintenance on August 5, 2026. Some items will be removed from the in-game shop, while others will still appear as part of our regular weekly rotations. As a thank you for your support, we’re also giving away Yume – the newest Proxyan character – as a free login reward during the first day of our Vacation Week 7 Day Check In event.
The developers have promised to keep the service running and support the communities players have created, which is good news. Although many were hoping for a different outcome, at least some dedicated fans will still be able to enjoy the game. However, it’s likely we’ll hear about the service being fully shut down eventually. We’ll keep you updated!
