He explained that he finds it incredibly beneficial to disconnect from the outside world, and prioritizing this isolation is very important for his well-being.
I believe that when you’re trying to create music and writing about what it means to be human, it’s difficult to do authentically if you aren’t fully engaged in life and experiencing it yourself.
He explained that when he used to drive all over London, he missed out on a lot. Since he stopped driving everywhere recently, he’s noticed and appreciated parts of the city he never would have seen from the car.
Sometimes, when you’re willing to explore and try new things, you stumble upon unexpected gems, like a cozy little coffee shop you might have otherwise missed. Being open to new experiences often leads to pleasant surprises.
In addition to her travels to places like Berlin, Italy, and Ibiza, the celebrity has rediscovered her passion for music.
Having always been the main performer, Harry says he’s enjoyed taking a step back and experiencing things as an audience member for a change.
He explained that connecting with people and experiencing events as an audience member, rather than a performer, has been the most valuable part of the experience for him.
It really highlighted how amazing it is to share the experience of live music with others, whether you’re in a large crowd or right in the middle of the action on the dance floor.

‘And even when you do go, there’s part of it that feels like you’re like a spy or something.
It felt odd observing everything from a distance, and that’s what inspired me. I realized I missed simply experiencing a show as part of the audience, letting myself get lost in the moment. That feeling is really what drove me to create this album.

The singer says the title of his new album, ‘Kiss All The Time, Disco Occasionally,’ feels like a guiding principle for how to live his life.
He shared that he believes a good way to live life is with love, while also remembering to relax and have fun along the way.
‘That’s what I felt like I did the last couple years and it led to positive changes in my life.’
