I’m really captivated by this show, which takes place way back in the 1800s. It doesn’t shy away from the hardships people faced back then – things like being really poor, getting sick, and just battling the elements. But what’s especially powerful is how it focuses on the Osage Nation and shows what happened when settlers started moving onto their land. It really makes you think about the impact all of that had on them.
