Glum-faced Olivia Attwood ditches her wedding ring while out for dinner with Georgia Harrison after revealing she’s been ‘crying herself to sleep’ amid Bradley Dack split – but insists London move will be her ‘new start’

Olivia Attwood looked upset on Saturday night when she met with her friend Georgia Harrison in London. This was the first time she’d spoken publicly since announcing her separation from her husband, Bradley Dack.

The 34-year-old reality star, recently separated from her husband, looked sad and wasn’t wearing her wedding ring when she met up with Georgia, also from Love Island, at The Berkeley Hotel.

Even though she was going through relationship problems, she still looked fashionable, wearing jeans with a low-cut top that showed off her enhanced figure. She completed the look with a leather jacket featuring faux fur animal print details on the sleeves.

Olivia quietly left the luxurious hotel, saying goodbye to Georgia, who hugged her warmly.

Last weekend, she publicly ended her relationship with Bradley, 32. Since then, she’s removed him from her Instagram feed and has started living in her own apartment in London.

For the first time, the Loose Women panelist spoke about her divorce on Saturday, revealing she’s been feeling very upset and has been crying herself to sleep lately.

Olivia revealed on her KISS FM radio show, The Sunday Roast, alongside her friend Pete Wicks, that she’s planning a fresh start this month.

At the beginning of February, she admitted January felt incredibly long, saying she’d even wondered if it would ever end.

She continued, explaining that she felt like she was beginning a fresh chapter in her life now that she’d moved into her new apartment. The move itself was quite an undertaking – she hadn’t realized just how many possessions she’d accumulated!

Olivia recently showed off her new apartment online, following a quick move from the house she previously shared with Bradley in Cheshire.

On Saturday, she publicly addressed the end of her marriage for the first time, posting a photo of unpacked boxes in her apartment along with a detailed message.

I often find myself wanting to post on Instagram, but I can’t think of anything to share. It’s hard for me to be vulnerable, especially online – it feels like putting yourself in a really risky situation.

For a long time now, I’ve been going through a cycle of crying myself to sleep, then immediately getting up at 5 am and pretending everything is fine. It’s been a period of a lot of rapid change, which, as a Taurus, I really struggle with.

‘I never expected to be moving into this apartment alone. And I’m in over my depth for sure.

I’m hoping for happiness, for myself and for Brad, taking things one day at a time. And if anyone else out there needs to hear it, that’s for you too.

‘Normal programming and chatting will resume asap. Ps thank you, I feel your love immensely.’

I was really struck by a video I saw earlier this week featuring Angelina Jolie. She shared such a powerful piece of advice for anyone facing a difficult period in their life, and I think it’s something we can all really benefit from hearing.

In a moving moment, the celebrated actress encouraged viewers to fully embrace difficult emotions. She advised them to experience feelings completely – to feel them, live within them, and not shy away – and then to move beyond them to find peace on the other side.

Honestly, it’s like, so much of life just happens to you, right? I keep thinking about this thing I heard – it’s not about avoiding the hard stuff, it’s about how you handle it when things get tough. It’s about getting through it, even if it burns. You just…walk through the fire, you know?

Reports suggest the marriage fell apart because Bradley did something that violated her trust.

Since October, people have noticed Olivia isn’t wearing her wedding ring in public, but Brad continues to wear his.

The Gillingham player is said to be very upset about being seen as the one to blame for the breakup, and believes both he and the former Love Island contestant share responsibility.

People close to Bradley have criticized Olivia’s announcement about their split, calling it a planned publicity effort designed to protect her image.

Honestly, it’s just not fair! I heard from someone close to him, and he’s absolutely devastated that everyone’s pointing fingers at him. It’s like, Olivia’s painting him as the villain, but it’s so much more complicated than that. He’s really hurt, you know? It’s not as black and white as she’s making it seem, and he feels completely misunderstood.

Okay, so here’s what I’m seeing: there’s a lot of public drama happening right now, with accusations flying around about someone betraying trust. It looks like a very deliberate PR move, but honestly, it’s not a simple situation. From what I understand, both sides have contributed to the issues – it’s definitely not a case of one person being entirely to blame. It’s important to remember that relationships are complex, and often there’s fault on both sides.

Their marriage has been struggling for a while, and both partners have contributed to the issues. If trust has been broken, it’s not solely his fault.

My friend admitted Bradley hasn’t been flawless and didn’t want to discuss the specifics of what he called a ‘breach of trust,’ but hinted it was a recurring issue.

Both people have made mistakes, and it’s unfair to say he’s solely to blame.

Since Olivia moved to London, Bradley, a footballer for Gillingham, is rumored to be visiting his parents in Kent more often.

A friend also mentioned that his family and close friends are standing by him, and they all feel he’s not being represented fairly in the situation.

Olivia is well-known and has a lot of support, including a TV show. Bradley, on the other hand, relies on his close family and friends. He’s facing some challenges, but he’s managing well under the circumstances.

Olivia and Bradley first got together in 2015, but their relationship quickly hit a rough patch when Olivia found out Bradley had been unfaithful. Heartbroken, she then joined the reality show Love Island in 2017, where she became well-known.

Following a brief relationship with Chris Hughes, she and Bradley got back together. He proposed to her during a romantic trip to Dubai in 2019.

Olivia is a popular face on ITV, appearing on shows like Loose Women and This Morning, and also hosting her own programs including Bad Boyfriends, Getting Filthy Rich, and The Price Of Perfection.

After appearing on Love Island and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, she’s become a regular on Kiss FM Radio alongside Pete Wicks and also started her own podcast called Olivia’s House.

Just last year, Olivia shared that she had received several job offers from American companies, potentially opening the door for her to work in the US.

Bradley and Olivia have very different work lives; while Olivia is rapidly advancing in her career, Bradley’s schedule is quite different.

The footballer hasn’t been playing at his best lately, as injuries have held him back after his time with Blackburn Rovers and Sunderland.
