Kaylee Hottle, who appeared in both Godzilla vs. Kong and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, has passed away at the young age of 18. Her father, Joshua Hottle, told TMZ that she died earlier today in a car accident in Maryland.
The deaf actress made her first film appearance as Jia in ‘Godzilla vs. Kong’ and returned to play the same character in the follow-up movie, ‘Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire’.
It’s heartbreaking, but I just learned Kaylee’s dad shared the news on Facebook Live using ASL. He explained he rushed here from Texas as soon as he found out about her really bad car accident… and unfortunately, she didn’t make it. It’s just awful.
